Sao Miguel Park Hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and the location was great. I had a nice view from my room. The rooms are spacious.

Nothing that I can think of.

The balcony was wonderful. The staff were helpful and kind. The hotel was quiet and made it easy to enjoy the birdsong.

The beds were hard with plastic covers that caused night sweats.

Really pools, indoor and out and our room was lovely with an oceanview. Easy to walk anywhere in the old city.

Wish they had a gym

Breakfast was amazing and had a lot of great options considering we were vegetarians. The room service was exceptional. Also, the location is very accessible and hospitality was at its best.

We loved the pool, the balcony of our room, the staff, and the cleanliness.

The room could use some updating, but really nothing that would prevent us from staying there again.

Location was excellent - close enough to activities without the traffic and noise of being too close. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast was very good quality and quantity. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The free parking was plentiful and much appreciated considering parking downtown is limited - we knew we could park at our hotel and walk to anything we needed in Ponta Delgada within 20 minutes. We did not use the pool or jacuzzi but everything looked clean and well maintained.

Can’t complain about a single thing. We were treated very well.

The gym was closed and the sauna was in the individual bathrooms, so i couldnt go for sauna with my girl

Friendly and willingly helpful staff, allowed us to check in early. Spa/pool was great. Our balcony view amazing. The complimentary slippers and bath robe was a great touch. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Loved everything

Great hotel with the perfect central location. Staff were very polite,always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Beautiful territory and surroundings,clean with yummy meals.Recommend!

Location, views, staff.Easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and very convenient to the airport. Good breakfast, pool and gym.

The breakfast was okay

A suite with very large windows over the city and the sea. A big and practical in the very center of Ponta del Gada. It also have a park.

Everything was ok

The hotel was close to everything we wanted and had a great breakfast. Close to a shopping center with a large Continente grocery store and many nearby restaurants including the hotels.

The hotel is worn down a bit. Breakfast was decent but the staff wasn’t particularly attentive to the amount of food and the availability of plates and cutlery
