I liked the window that opened. I was able to air out the smell and enjoy a rainstorm.

Breakfast did not start until 7:30. I was already gone by then. The room was musty.

Really not much except perhaps the price and that Breakfast was included. Not a lot of great things to say about this place.

Staff. Immediately noticed they were not very warm, welcoming nor friendly. We had just come from a much better experience in Furnas so perhaps our expectations were too high. The pool was horrible¿some chairs on the grass.

The mattress was a little soft.

Excellent stay! Great free breakfast with lots of selection. The staff were incredible. So attentive and polite. They were able to accommodate an early check in. The hotel room was modern and very clean and comfortable. Great location as well and lots of free outdoor parking for our rental car. I highly recommend

Nice hotel, very comfortable rooms, nice bar, nice indoor pool and jacuzzi, real nice breakfast

Bar and dinner service was a bit slow (long waits), steam room was not working and sauna was not hot enough

Breakfast was exceptional, staff were all very friendly and helpful and hotel was clean.

Rooms require better lighting as the light was very dim. The mattress could be improved a bit. The hotel was a bit too heated especially at this time of year.

The rooms and staff were lovely, the breakfast was great and they also had a gluten and lactose free section.

The ambjent temperature was a little too hot. The room could benefit from a bit more lighting.

The restaurant wine bar is good.

They had works in the hotel and did not advised at check in or in the hotel web page. First day had carpets being removed on the 3rd floor with glue smell… the other 2 days they had construction works from 9h-17h which meant noise all day long. They had a paper in the room. Once you check in and payfor the stay. They should communicate with guests on arrival.

The facilities were fabulous especially the pool. The kids loved it! The room was huge and very comfortable.

I wasn’t sure if there were any designated parking spots for guests but it was easy enough to find parking on the street and the staff were super helpful!

We enjoyed the comfy beds and pleasant hotel atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. The pool was a nice added bonus and the perfect ending to a busy day.

We enjoyed the breakfasts, but would have appreciated different hot food options during our stay.

Spacious clean Room and comfortable bed !

The hotel staff were polite but very cold , didn’t feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was mediocre , it felt like a big cantine .

Spacious and clean room with a great view, nice bathroom, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast.Warm swimming pool in the middle of winter was a surprise for us. Our daughter was so happy :)

Nothing to say, I got more than expected.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a variety of vegan and otherwise options. The swimming pool and spa were the cherry on the top.

Paper cups in the room - would be great to replace with glasses for environment sustainability. Also there was no hot water kettle/coffee machine.

Nice and clean hotel. Perfect room cleaning. Pleasantly warm pool. Nice view from the room window.

Worse location. A little far from the city centre.

For the pool it is mandatory to wear a swim cap. That‘s a little bit weird. The swim caps can be bought at the reception, absolute No-Go in that price range of the hotel. If the medieval swim cap things are mandatory, they should be of charge, or included in the price or something like that.

Breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful, location was good.

Bed was a little soft for my liking.
