- There is so much to say, request made by email were met, luxury hotel,staff were amazing, room was top notch. Pictures are the real thing. My son and cousin were extremely happy I booked this hotel. All around excellent experience, made trip so relaxing

- The linens, pillows, and towels were of superb quality. The breakfast options were extensive and the fruit (different choices both days) was ripe and fresh. The finishes everywhere were of high quality.

- Parking was not included, although for 12 euros per day, we could come and go as desired with the valet option.
- The pool was not heated and some of the front desk staff needs more training on how to politely interact with their guests.

Superior location in Ponta Delgada. The hotel staff was attentive. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing useful advice.

The breakfast was great as it offered variety. The staff were very friendly and doormen very accommodating.
The room could of provided more storage for belongings rather then furniture that did not have drawers for storage.

Some days service was great some others attention and service not so good. Rooms were dark if on the city side. bathroom vanity insufficient.

The bar and evening restaurant are in the lobby nd on the main road and so you dont really want to go there for a drink or dinner. The breakfast room is beautiful!
We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel. We had an ocean view room and the views were amazing. Location was great and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back.
Convenient to town and attractions. Very good breakfast. Garden room looked out into the public garden; which was lovely. Front desk very helpful! Free parking is a bit of a walk…
There is no hair conditioner in the shower…and you need it in the Azores!
