Antillia Hotel

It was a labyrinth to get to the room. The room was bare bones accommodations. It was the type of atmosphere in the room where you really didn't want to linger in,just sleep and get out.

The mattress was awful. There was a dog barking for majority of the time I was in my room. They charge to make local calls. Had to take 2 elevators far away from eachother to get to room. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Is a good hotel, like family, very good location

Location wasn’t as easy as I thought to walk - side streets and narrow sidewalks to get to the main areas. Pillows were hard and the parking is weird to get a ticket and pay every time you take the car out. Had to take 2 elevator ms to get to 6 fl room and 3 times the lights went out in the lift and good thing I had my phone light! No place to hang towels in the bathroom and no shelf or place for bath items in the shower.

Good hotel for a family very near the city. We enjoyed the family suite, which had a lot of room for a downtown hotel: two twin sofa beds, separate bedroom, well equipped kitchenette with lots of dishes, and a big outdoor deck with table and chairs. The front desk staff was very friendly. Waterfront is only two blocks away, with easy access to running/walking trail, and city is three blocks.

Very silly and surprising rule requiring bathing caps in the indoor swimming pool. In hundreds of hotels, I have never seen this. Hotel would like you to purchase swim caps from them, for 1.5E each, even for children. Yet, none required for hot tub or outdoor pool.

The room was spacious with outside balcony.

The sauna and steeming room were not available in the mornings.

Every thing was pleasant enough: the ladies in the spa were very customer focused> great for Pedicures. A few members of staff in the reception area were helpful some were brusqe (language barrier maybe?) cleaning staff pleasant and room (did have a balcony) was kept clean and the sheets changed daily. would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as the breakfast was only served 5 days a week, Tues / Weds closed, the usual breakfast buffet and plenty though the restuarant in the evening was closed for a month (no explanations) which we discovered the day after we arrived ! asked if there was any maps that we could either buy or look at to find resturants and other facilties in the town but informed the Government did not supply maps anymore ? finding places to eat was an experience as this was time consuming, fortunately we are savvy with map reading on our phones, signal ok, we only had week to explore, plus the weather was not good, taxis drivers surley and not helpful. Location was okay could walk to the harbour and local shops Booked a car and the driver (Pedro was splendid). to explore the island. Not looking to returning.

Over air conditoned for the weather this was air conditoned for very hot weather not for a rainy week in April could not describe this hotel or room cosy, reading room area with plenty of books left by visitors in all languages but far too cold to sit in and read. No able to control this other than in the bedroom.

Large rooms (separate bedroom) with kitchen corner, very quiet. Walking distance from center and seafront. Very good breakfast (though a bit more fruit variety wld have been good). Excellent a la carte restaurant in the evening (though not open every day): fantastic value for money and, alas for them, far from crowded. External and internal swimming pools not that big but nice and relaxing.

The gym was minimal (a few machines, no weights) and not with enough a/c. Was alone in it so cld use either cross-trainer, treadmill or rowing machine (one of each) at will but hey should invest a bit more in it as large space.Narrow one way street to reach the hotel and its free parking. Hotel is nice and well decorated but surroundings might be off-putting: the street had better days and the economic recovery is slow...

Good room with great facilities.The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Would like to mention the cleaning staff, they did a exceptional work.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice pool area. Apartments are well set-up.

The beds are really hard and the pillows need replacing.

Big rooms and nice patio outside with garden access to the pool amazing play area for children 1 to 3 year olds

Very big apartment (2 rooms and kitchen), AC, balcony, nice view. Fully equiped kitchen. Access to pool and jacuzzi.

No ceiling lamps (only small lamps), so rooms were quite dark in the evening. Soft and not very comfortable materace. No carpet or anything anti-sliding in the bathroom.

Large apartment with a large terrace that spans both rooms. the hotel is nicely tucked inside a yard, so no noise from the streets gets in. having a parking lot in the center of the city is an awesome perk. The main pedestrian zone is 5 minutes from the hotel by foot. It's also 2 minutes by car to reach the main island .highway

I would success to have a boiler with some tea bags for a tea at nights. They also didn’t offer a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrive. I arrived very late at night and they told me to drink from the tap water

The room was comfortable and the living room/kitchen made it more relaxing to be able to cook for ourselves, watch tv in the evenings etc

The sea view was a rip off... a sliver of sea is visible, over a concrete wall. The parking was insufficient and always a stress to find a place (with no street parking available nearby)

We had to book a room here last minute due to a flight cancellation. The staff at reception was very welcome and helpful, they booked a taxi for us for the following morning making all the process very smooth. Good location close to the town centre.

It was quiet and pool was nice.
