Central location for walking to shops and restaurants, friendly staff booked us a taxi and breakfast to go for a morning flight.

Beds and pillows were hard

Had breakfast included. Very close to lots of good restaurants and shops and easy walking distance to the marina.

Bed / mattress not that comfortable but alright

The hotel’s location was very convenient as it was right in the vibrant city center, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and various tourist attractions. It was also a short walk to museums, botanical gardens, and the meeting point for excursions was nearby as well. The place was very quiet; I hardly heard any neighbors at all. There's also a restaurant in the hotel with delicious food! I highly recommend it!

The street where the hotel is located turns into a party scene on Fridays and Saturdays, as there are many bars and restaurants. However, I would say this adds a unique charm to the variety of leisure activities, as you can always chat with locals and enjoy a cocktail without straying far from home. I found this to be an added charm.

Pleasant atmosphere.

The air in the room was cold, damp. Had to use a heater because the air, furnishings and bed linens in the room felt cold and damp. Bathroom quite small. But overall, accommodations were satisfactory.

Excellent selection of breads, cereals, yogurts, eggs, bacon, sausage. Regional prepared foods and fruits. Coffees and Teas. Self service, and very well attended to and replenished by friendly and truly lovely waitresses.

Great location. Right in old town. Walking distance to many restaurants. Walking distance to the water front. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again.

No complaints

Very central location, which makes it a little noisy in the evening. I spent only 1 night at the hotel, and it was Saturday, so maybe this was the main reason. Bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was OK. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. After check-out I could leave my luggage in the storage room.

There was kind of sewage smell in the room which I did not like. The wall in my room needs repainting.

Restaurant dinner was not great.

This was a good and simple option for an overnight connection to a different island. We arrived near midnight and they were well prepared to receive us and support a very fast and easy check in. Good breakfast. Good location. Great, simple downtown hotel option.

Great location snd excellent front desk staff

Beds were uncomfortable

It’s located in a good central location you can pretty much walk to where you need to go. The front desk staff were very nice.

I had a roach in my bathroom along with other flying insects. The room never got cool even when I had the ac turned all the down.

Truly a great staff. Spacious room! Very flexible and they helped me with my request - even though I was exceptionally late booking the hotel.
