The hotel staff is so careless. Me being a vegetarian ordered veg food and they surved non veg.which i only realised aftr taking a bite! So irresponsible. We kept on asking for small thing like dairy pack from evening to next morning which ws not given

Careless staff.. Poor service.. Staff can not be trusted as they dont pay attention what customer need.. Thy served non veg..highly disappointed

returning guest at the property. Its location is very convenient in the city. Shops and eateries are around. room service and cleaning was on the spot. Would recommend to stay here, Reception staff was amazing and helped out local travelling around arrangements.

Food can be improved. Some food offerings were not up to the mark of Radisson standards. Restaurant staff needs more soft skills training in guest interaction.

Excellent experience from checkin to checkout. Kind, thoughtful service from everyone at the hotel. Excellent checkin and checkout, smooth and fast. All staff, including reception, concierge, cleaning staff, restaurant and room service were professional, interested and welcoming. Lovely large rooms, exceptionally clean and well-serviced. Nice restaurant dining. Loved every minute of it, a wonderful hotel. Thank you.

The restaurant was very nice, and provided a wide variety of different dishes from local Manipuri classics to European cuisine and everything in between. The room was very clean and the daily laundry service was very very helpful.

The hotel is unable to call autorickshaws and can only provide guests with cars that are a bit more expensive.

They had amazing food. The chef is quite good.

Unfortunately, because of the flood, the swimming pool was not operational.

Humiliating

Even though I extended my stay, the staff conveyed their doubts on my payment capabilities by calling me in urgency and harping upon my making the payment immediately. So much humiliation is enough for one stay. All the good points of the stay were negated by this one behaviour of the staff.

Reasonably central location, lovely, friendly, helpful staff, and the swimming pool was an added bonus.

Breakfast was OK, nothing special

Breakfast was wholesome and decent variety. Location was quite convenient. Staff were cheerful and helpful.

Rooms were tired. 1)The AirCon was not working properly and taking a lot of time to cool the room down in one while the other room it never managed to cool down to the preferred temperature. Even after house keeping was informed it was not resolved. 2)The plug points need upgrading and USB points need to installed as the tech world evolves. 3)Storage spaces are incongruent with the room setup; for instance having storage places right next to the door is very inconvenient with respect to privacy and the ease of movement.4)TV (the set-top box) was not working properly. With kids it becomes an essential part to keep them entertained. Rooms did not have Smart TV to even get into own Streaming accounts as an alternative. So a big let down.

Only Air Conditioning is Good Nothing Else.

The food was great and value for money. Waiters in the restaurant were polite. Bed was comfortable and room size reasonable.

We were overcharged by this Radisson hotel; our Booking.com voucher (Confirmation No: 2186.711.429) states specifically, "the final price" Rs 11,088, goods & services tax included to be paid to the hotel, for the 2 nights but was billed 12,750 (6375x2). I inquired and was initially told by the staff that the voucher does not include GST which is wrong and then I was told that it includes travel agent fees but that is wrong also - we did not use any travel agent. A few days later we checked into Radisson Blu, Delhi; no problem there - we were charged exactly what was stated in the voucher, this is the same for other hotels we had stayed in India where the booking vouchers were honoured e.g. The Lalit, Kolkata.
