Beds were torn No covid protocols maintained No bell boys to get luggage Lift always breaks down They dint even provide bottled water forget about coffee ingredients Poor service. Everything has to be said any times to get done. No towels, or toilet

As we arrived at night 11 pm the receptionist Shubashis started misbehaving in very rude way He didn’t ask even to sit or rest for A minute as we started checkin he was only saying first pay full payment for 2 days you going to stay then U can enter in this property We were travelling from Asam and were very tired He didn’t gave A minute to take out even our ID cards and he was only demanding only for money then he gave the room. It was full of cockroaches. No basic facilities was upto mark.

Location is good, near the railway station. Staff behaviour was very good and helpful. Though the hotel has no restaurant, it has its own kitchen. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Bed and bath were clean. Bathroom was fitted with modern amenities. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We found a few small cockroaches in the room. Rooms need fumigation.

There were limited dining options nearby, so going out for meals was also challenging.Overall, while the staff were polite and the room was clean, the lack of parking and the less-than-desirable neighborhood significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for a convenient or comfortable experience.

Most importantly the hotel was really clean and Hygiene ,the service as well as the food was really good plus close to the station . It took me 5-10 mins to reach to the station.so highly recommend

Staff was extremely friendly. Location is fine. Room was overall satisfactory as there was AC and it was not too small.

Room was smelly (no window) and I found 2 small cockroach, probably because of the humidity.

Firstly I want to ask booking.com that do they take responsibility of providing what is displayed on their website?Secondly the hotel treated us as if we are staying for free when we book through booking.com at some discounted price.Staff provided a clumsy room and said that it’s only on the offer as we have booked from booking.comI had booked a deluxe double room but was provided with that clumsy room.I booked the stay for next day in same hotel but they didn’t change my room and lied on my face that other rooms are not vacant.Overall a bad stay.They have good rooms but only if you book directly with them at higher prices.

The flush was not working. And they said it was not repairable and would require using a bucket.

a good place to stay for a day or two. Though the rooms are small, they are neat and clean. One problem is smoking smell will spread easily to the whole floor and to other rooms if anyone is smoking inside their room. When we stayed, room service is good, ac is working. hot water is available

The rooms were full of cockroaches. Despite being shown multiple rooms, all of them had the same cockroach problem without any resolution.The listing says breakfast included but the hotel denies having the facility to serve breakfast and they never have.The staff don't want to acknowledge the issues. Overall, very very bad place to be in.
