The Rooms are too small and basic for the price they are charging. No Basic toiletries are provided

Stay was definitely not up to the mark and even the rates settled by Booking.com not honored.

The behaviour of your Staff was atrocious and when asked about any issue, they remain poker faced and refuse to answer any query satisfactorily. Once Room Service sent the dinner after an hour of ordering and when denied to accept, they insinuated that I was lying and I forcefully charged for the same. Hence, I went to bed on and empty stomach and also had to pay for the same. Check out process too was very time consuming and tedious.

No hot water. Rooms very very small. High priced low value budget hotel. Brand name Mango, does the magic. Staff very cooperative, mannerful.

Location and staff and the big room

The only good thing about this property is the location.

The staff is extremely rude. We had to wait for 3 hours for check in despite putting a prior notice for early check in and accepted by the property. They say “Our rules are our rules, we do not know booking.com”. The staff could clearly see our pain waiting to checking As we had travelled from 7 hours by car to reach the property but shown no empathy. The rooms are average and so expensive if you compare the price. They behave pricy but have illiterate staff. Was a nightmare for the entire stay. Suggest to avoid this property and look for properties nearby who has much lesser price and good amenities.

Clean room

Check in time was 12 pm and I reached on time. Still I was told to wait 30 min as room cleaning was in progress. Not good experience

On arrival the check-in was smooth and room was clean and neat. Though the space was small but the things were on their places and it was hygienic. I would definitely recommend this place to people for a safe and peaceful stay.

The bathroom space is a bit small to move around.

Loved the location and friendly staff. Restaurant on the top is good enough.

4th floor restaurant

Location was good and quite close to the railway station.

The people at reception are quite unresponsive. I had to come and wait at the reception 4 times asking for an extension of my stay because my train was in the late evening. They irritated me so much that I didn't continue and ended up checking out. The bed gave me a bad back ache.

Location is quite close to airport and railway station both. The restaurant on terrace had amazing dishes and live music too.

It's cheap and the staff were helpful in assisting us to book taxis to visit nearby sights (Konark & Puri)

Nothing much.

I had a stay for two nights. Just because I had to reach at after 1.30 in the midnight, I was asked to pay the entire sum, which was not mentioned anywhere, in the website . it's mentioned, that visitors need to pay only half the amount once they reach and the rest once they leave. In there the receptionist simply mentioned, that if i do not comply then they won't provide us a room. At after 1.30 midnight with my old parents who was tired of the journey , I just had to accept what they offered. As a customer it felt as if we were running away without paying. Not atall happy.

A/C was not working properly. Linen weren't very clen. Room was too small for the price.
