I didn't like the room they have offered. Then they provided a bigger room at same rate & during check out on 11th Apr'25 at 4.00 pm, they have not charges any extra money.

Excellent location, close to shopping mall, centric and close to airport. Personnel all very professional and friendly, checkin fast, room clean, comfortable and price reasonable. I recommend it as a good option in Bhubaneswar.

The good thing about this property is that it's close to both airport and railway station. It's kind of affordable considering the location. The food is good,

The room I stayed this time was very small compared to the price they charged. The bed was so hard, you would rather sleep on the floor. This is the seventh time I stayed here in this year alone and the prices have gone up significantly in this year alone. The staff tends to not accommodate small changes because that means they have to do a little bit extra work. This is related to the receptionists and people who take orders. They give you in room menus for drinks and food, but the moment you ask about drinks, they will ask you to call another number. They could just call the beverage person and check it on behalf of customer. They would not even accommodate a small menu item like cashew fry. They would give you a prepackaged one. When I tried to cancel a can of unopened coke, they tried to push it back saying bill is generated. As if that is something which cannot be changed. They even charged me for a bucket of ice, which is free in most hotels.

Breakfast was tasty and good spread.Restaurant was well organised.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is courteous, the food is very good and it's definitely value for money. The staff tries to accommodate any requests you make making it a memorable stay.
