The room was compact and good and the bathroom was neat and necessities in place

The lift was not working during check out time and hence it created a problem for Senior citizens like having to take the stairs.

Good location and Value for money

More of a business hotel , only one lift for so many rooms and floor! No proactive staff to make guests at comfort.

Breakfast, swimming pool

Late check out for late checkin not entertained and the extra charges are too high for extension of stay till 6 pm.

A great stay with a friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was well appointed and gave us local cuisine too. Great food. Made our trip truly memorable.

Lot of things. Too noisy in night due to regular events and parties.Toilet paper was not replaced as new customer and new roll was not provided part of room service on 2nd day and shower gel was not there on 3rd day.Restaurant menu items were not available when asked. We were being asked room number when entering in restaurant and yet there was confusion on complementary vs non-complimentary food. I was served wrong dish and waiting folks kept saying it is correct dish. Restaurant manager confirmed that this is not correct dish and that dish was not charged. But Waiting folks needs clear communication and services needs improvement. My overall experience was very awkward...

The staff was extremely good ! Food is tastier ! Service was good. !!

The chair was broken had to get it exchanged , the flush was not working , the fan was making sound ! Had expected better from Orchid !

The stuff was very nice and cooperation, and the location is in the central of the city. I was there with my kids and enjoyed our staying a lot, beside the food, it was very tasty.. I recommend that hotel to anyone in bhubaneswar.

The amenities were good

There was a staff or manager in the dining area who scolded another staff who had come to enquire if we needed anything in the breakfast (like dosa utthapa etc..as we weren't having anything) .. that manager scolded this staff saying why did u ask them?? It's none of ur business and his tone was not good ad if he tried to disparage us ..

Not availed as it was not included in the room rent. I suggest complimentary breakfast should be included. Quality of snacks and food may be improved.

No fridge in the room. No bucket in the bathroom and no tap.

The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good !! People in the cafeteria were very helpful and nice.

No king bed was available for three people to sleep together. The extra bed that was added for the third person was not good ! The shower water outlet was clogged. The staff at the reception were not so friendly !

The room was very spacious for three , with great ambience and AC, Smart TV and warm water was remarkable , Complementary breakfast and restaurant was awesome

May be you can have seprate dinning area for individual guest and other corporate/ group bkngs to avoid service issues during peak hours.

Very pricey for the room

We felt very welcome at VITS Bhubaneshwar! We booked a normal room but got an upgrade. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they serve delicious food for dinner, and the room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean.
