Mr. Niladri was very attentive and ensured that our entire stay remains smooth.Their breakfast is must try, has something for everyone and very delicious. What makes it even more enjoyable is their staff. Mr. Nirmalya was so attentive, he kept tab of our every dietary need. Ms, Muskan, Mr. Suraj, Mr. Prashant and Mr. Amaan were all great.We went to Jagganath ji Puri and it’s convenient place to travel for day trip there.This hotel is also in prime location.I would certainly come back here.

I had a good stay at the Trident hotel in Bhubaneswar. The room and the private bathroom with a toilet, everything was clean and neat. All the staff members I met there were professional and welcoming. I truly appreciate the front office staff, especially Priyasha for assisting me in making my stay more comfortable.
A few concerns are that the carpets in the hallways look a bit old, and there were no q tips/earbuds available in the room and the presence of officers in uniform in the front desk area all the time.
The behavior of staff and their services were excellent. The location of the property is really nice.The property itself is well maintained.

Everything about this hotel felt perfect— staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Property was gorgeous, with beautiful gardens to explore. Facilities were all excellent. Food was excellent, including the breakfast. Only down side was having to leave
It’s a beautiful spacious hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, food very good. Nice clean swimming pool. Lalit in the restaurant and Danita at reception were exceptionally helpful.

I loved the fresh vegetarian options. The food was very healthy with plenty of options.
From my whole experience, the only down side was the air conditioning in the restaurant of an evening for dinner was too cold. For other people it probably was fine. In order to deal with the cold we ended up dining in our room so the problem was solved.
The staff specially at the restaurant was very good and cordial. The chef was just excellent and we like the food very much. The room was very comfortable.Overall the experience was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed thorougly

The food, the ambience, the facilities, the room - everything was excellent and in a completely different class than the other hotels that I staid in in Bhubaneswar. And all that for a only slightly higher price than the other hotels in Bhubaneswar.
I really can't find anything to complain about. :)
Property needs refurbishment and maintenance, particularly the bathroom conditions are very poor.
