Hotel O Namaskar Diamond Key

Room was cozy and it is near to the main road to infocity avenue.

Nothing was provided,no towels,no necessary amenities plus couldn't sleep because of bedbugs and mosquitoes it was the worst night.

Spacious room with needful accessories

While reaching this place, Room was not ready.Fan regulator not in the electric board.

The cleanliness is outstanding rooms are very spacious. Staff was very friendly and polite. Great Stay

Service was good, location was good...best place to stay with family or solo. Owner is friendly and was very kind and humble. Loved it so much to stay.

NA

Fantastic place with good and standard facilities. The location was fantastic and the tariff was lowest compared to any other hotels in this location. Staff were well mannered.

Everything was good

It was a nice stay, courteous staff, good ambience. The location and the rooms are good. Breakfast was excellent and tasty with huge quality tasty spread.

Refrigerator was there but not working

Average

Firstly the parking is above the ground making it uncomfortable for customers to put in their vehicles and secondly multiple power cuts and WiFi signal is not good room didn’t have dustbin and shampoo and soaps

They were showing us double bedded room for triple occupancy and was asking for more money for extra mattress. This was not a triple occupancy room and without extra charge they were not allowing to check in. Most bad experience.

1. The room was spacious.

The staff did not clean the room before our arrival. The room had some bad smell, usually found in room which remain closed for a long time. The staff were of indifferent attitude. The bed, blanket and pillows were dirty. Only in the late evening they provided the fresh ones.In the washroom, there was leak in the guiser pipe resulting unnecessary wastage of water. It was verbally reported to the reception, but none paid any heed. The location seemed to be not suitable for hotel business. The lane is too narrow and broken. There is no facility of food. For good food you have to go out for atleast 300m or more. At night the road was dangerous because of lack of street lights, poor road condition. They took Rs. 1700 cash in advance at the time of entry, but did not provide any receipt.

Very bad experience.we were denied stay at night hours.which was very problematic

I liked the hotel very much and I would like to go to this hotel every time. Stay was superb. Room was clean. The best part is the room size was very good.

We loved the rustic and cozy ambiance of the hotel's fireplace lounge, perfect for cozy evenings.

The hotel had a great shuttle service, making it easy to get around the city.

The room was very modern and stylish, with all the amenities we needed.

Awesome behavior staff
