Friendly staff, easy going

Could have some amenities like a boiler, a tea, etc

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had two rooms, both clean and roomy, comfortable beds. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to choose from and tasty. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

It's a bit of a drive from the airport and even with GPS it took us a while to find it. Lots of one way roads due to construction, I guess.

Didn't like the mattress

It is quite far from the train station.There is no option to get hot water, instead you have to buy a tea or coffee for 2 euros. Walls are thin and you can easily hear other rooms

The linens were crisp and fresh. Location near the main river and airport.

Spider webs in bathroom. Balcony glass door needs cleaning.

The rooms are dirty and smelly not well cleaned. Shower place is also dirty .

Location is not bad easy connection to city centre

Quality is not equivalent to price .Wifi doesn't work, whereas it is indispensable these days. As a result, I had to purchase my data allowance in 10€.Furthermore, the intercom in the room is just for decoration.

The room was nice and big, the bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The balcony was a great addition. Having a busstop there also definitely helped.

The only issue I really had were the curtains and carpet flooring, as they really collected a ton of dust.

The room was big enough for the three of us. The bathroom was sufficient but the toilet was not well placed next to the heating. The beds were oke, not good. It was clean and good for one night.

The entrance felt old. The two person elevator was really small. The neighbourhood felt shady.

Clean bathroom, floor, etc. The rooms were decorated very well and designed useful and well-working despite the size (been to other accomodations where one had trouble getting around due to space issues). Very comfortable ambiance.

Was a bit hard to find the entrance (especially due to google maps leading to the wrong side of the building), the corridors and staircases were quite dark with few light especially during night. Also the door to our room wasn't closing well, only when locking it up.

Hotel very good quality/ price. Although they are not recent, the rooms are quite large and with a large desk, which is rare, the TV is placed on the desk, which is more pleasant. 24/7 reception, unobtrusive but efficient (request for additional coverage and change of room). Room service is not intrusive.  Little noise as there are few tourists who party. Close to the banks of the Main. Bus 101 every 10 minutes from SBahn Markplatz. no breakfast but coffee machine and snacks. Secure parking in the courtyard but possibilities around. To recommend!

Sudden cold surprised the country. An extra blanket would have been nice, although I didn't ask. NB, the heating was working great and also allowed me to dry clothes during the night

Very nice hotel, everything was perfect, specially reception, the which was In reception was really very good man and professional, Almost 5 days I am EUROPE, another hotels was good, but this was perfect, also prices very good than another ones

The hotel is located in the suburb of Brügel. The suburb has its charm and the Main is very close to the hotel. On weekdays the hotel can be easily reached by bus number 1. Bus stop right next to the hotel. The journey time to the main square in Offenbach city center is approx. 7 minutes. On Sundays the bus only runs every 30 minutes. The hotel is simple and perhaps some of the furniture is a bit dated, but the rooms are clean and have a kettle, TV and electric fan. The bathroom in my room had been renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful if anything is needed. The hotel does not offer breakfast or meals. In the lobby there is a coffee maker and a refrigerator with drinks. If you need breakfast, there are several bakeries on the suburb's main street that open very early. Budget-wise the hotel is a good alternative if you are staying longer.

The hotel has a beergarden and terrace which is not used anymore which is a pity. Also the facade could need a small make-up. Sunday timetable of the bus . Only every 30 min a bus to the center

The place is not great, rooms have an odour. Staff don’t speak English, beds are not comfortable and the entire experience is cheap and definitely not worth it. I attempted to cancel but they refused and took all my money!
