Campanile Frankfurt Offenbach

Good room, quiet, helpful staff

Easy to access. The hotel offered free parking, and it¿s 2 minutes from the highway, and 10 minutes drive to downtown The price is very reasonable

The room cleanness could be better

Nothing really after a long journey we received a room which wasnt the agreed one the toilet was dirty there was remains of the stool and there was pee and human body hair

Horrible experience, we tried 3 rooms and all were dirty and disgusting

Clean

Breakfast limited selection, the blanket was thin.

The room was very nice! The room itself and the bathroom were both quite spatious and well appointed. I would happily stay there again.

Very clean and quiet room. ( i Stayed in the 7th floor)

OK, breakfast, but a bit dormitory like breakfast facilities and food, but do the job !

Secure parkingVery helpful staffHotel very clean and tidyAccessable room, very accessible.Whole hotel very wheelchair friendly.

Uncomfortable bedsAs for the pillows, they may as well not be there, as they are so thin.Breakfast was okay, but had to wait ages for hot food as they had run out.A lot of people were having issues with the toaster and how to use it.

It was clean with comfortable beds and very big bathroom. The location was very good too. Overall, it was what we expected and for the price it was a great place.

We didn't have WiFi for all 5 nights because of problems. We don't live in Germany so we had to use our mobile data. This was a big inconvenience for us.

It is an okay hotel, bit dated, but good price.Family rooms are not available...

Aging shows, makes it a bit harder to see how clean it is.

The hotel is quite good. The cleaning lady is nice and asks every day if any service is needed. The bed is fairly comfortable, and the room was warm.”

The hallway and bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It wasn’t until the fourth day that the smell started to fade, which was probably absorbed into the bathroom walls

The street view was excellent. The hotel is pet friendly so we accommodate freely with our dog. Staff is nice and helpful.Cleaning went well. There's a river nearby we took ling walks there.

The bathroom smelled of cigarettes and the bedside lamp was broken.

The location is well,it takes 35 minutes to get the touristic parts by walking.it is clean

There is no warm welcoming in the rooms as small water .

Room (about 16sm) Clean and Comfortable. Good Breakfast having wide choice of food. Staff Professional, Friendly and Kind. Quite Location easily connected to Frankfurt by Bus and Subway.

Modern facilities with nice bathroom and shower, clean room, comfy beds, great breakfast, convenient location

Parts of common areas occasionally scruffy/dirty. Parking expensive.

Safe parking for our van for 2 nights. Decent breakfast buffet

Kind of an industrial park area. Dumpsters overflowing

Clean, basic but comfortable. Has an elevator. Limited free parking space upfront and paid closed parking available. There is a “massage” parlor in the next building, so not a very nice street, but it is ok.

Big room, location was good.

It wasn't very clean, the bed was fine but the floors and shower had stains.

Great staff and room

Unfortunately no restaurant for lunch or dinner
