Clean and serviceable. No face towels, but rest was fine

Double charged and no assistance from customer service

Was charged for the room by booking.com and the property both and neither booking nor the hotel will respond to emails to rectify the problem. Never book this property through booking or you will be double charged and customer service will not assist you.

The hotel was according to its B&B hotels standard. So it gave us what we expected. The hotel was near to the motorway but in a quiet area.

There was a strange (sewage) smell in the bathroom—it might not have been used for a while. Everything looked as if the place lacked a caring owner; for example, the toilet paper holder was slightly falling off, the ventilation system in the bathroom was out of order

it’s nice and clean

there was no warm water. the water was ice cold in the shower and the sink water…that was very disappointing

Window was not shutting properly. Noise and cold air coming in.

Person who prepared the breakfast all three days of our stay was clearly sick, loudly coughing right above the meal. Prepared two liters of juice and little of cheese & ham, and just disappeared, so within 10 minutes there was nothing to eat or drink. And the service guy was disappeared. Truly a breakfast worth of 13 EUR. Last day the coughing attacks were so bad, that we rather skipped the breakfast, and quickly left the hotel.I can understand, that personal situation is not easy, but to keep that badly sick person for three days in working process, specially in service with interaction with customers, that´s too much.

Pleasant

The lack of an elevator is a serious problem. We had to carry our luggage up and down the steep stairs. The breakfast selection is very limited. They only brought many items after you insisted. The service was poor. The trash in the rooms was not taken out.

The premises is good and surrounding and public transport is good.

No staff.Check in on machine.If you wanna ask something,there is noone to ask.Breakfast very poor-not much choice of food.Not fresh salami served.Very disappointed with food.For money value should be richer breakfast.

Accessible location (beware that it is located in Frankfurt’s green zone). Decent room layout though very small. Modern bathroom - tiles could have been cleaned a little better. Free parking.

Our room had an odd smell - like someone cooked eggs and bacon a week prior. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Room was warm and airco didn’t cool (perhaps not ‘activated’ yet since we visited early May). Room doors didn’t isolate and we were woken up several times by passing / talking guests.

No elevator

Very easy check-in and -out, convenient location, cleanliness

12 degrees in the room upon arrival as the window was left open.No elevator, which was ok for me, but I can see some guests struggle with it.

It was good for an overnight

Check in was a hassle as you have to check in by computer. Staff finally showed up and completed the check in to get the room codes. Breakfast was beyound basic and very cold in the room.

Considering the price it was alright for just staying there for a few nights.

There was chewing gum stuck to the bottom corner of the window, there were decorating works going on literally everywhere in the buildung with big blue bin bags everywhere and the place was very noisy.

They have a friendly staff.

They only cleaned my room once throughout my stay despite my telling them to clean it. There weren't any facilities to justify the amount I paid.

Rooms were clean and tidy, staff - extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest but more than enough to fill up for the start of the day. Overall, would say: a great price/quality deal.

Small electric kettle was a bit missing in a room.
