Hotel Offenbacher Hof

As I didn't have option I stayed in the hotel. Just average. Breakfast is very much average. No telephone in the room, so difficult to communicate. WIFI horrible so I lost my mobile data.

Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a very unpleasant smell. The pillows were old and smelled bad. The beds had old and very uncomfortable mattresses. There was a strong, constant foul odor in the bathroom coming from the drains. This was the most unpleasant hotel stay we have ever had.I do not recommend this hotel.

Near the station,convenient and comfortable.Breakfast is good.

Nice cozy room, kind staff, clean enough, basic amenities present , walking distance from the station, slept well:)

Rooms were wet, moldy with leaks. We were changed room 3 times.

I like the quiet place and helpful staff.

Hard to park,outside,sometimes no room inside and asking too much...booked many stays but once fallen I'll but no refund.swop or discount on next stay....there are better hotels in town for less price.

The hotel was pretty good overall and definitely worth the price. It’s about a 30 minute drive from both Frankfurt city center and the airport, street parking is available but free for two hours only, luckily the hotel also has its own parking.

Not much to complain about, but the soundproofing between rooms isnt the best as i could hear other talking, and the bathroom mirror was placed a bit too high.

Clean and spacious

Spacious bathroom, hot water, every day towels and bed sheets has ben changed. Room has fridge, electric cattle, tv. excellent PARKING SPACE ! Nice view from 5 floor window.

Room was right next to lift shaft. Can feel not only lift driving, but also transformer buzzing. Not just hear, but whole room vibrating, and that you feel. Stone parket floor always cold, after shower wet air condenses on floor, because there is no ventilation.

Location was good and would recommend only one or two nights.

Lights were not good, there were no shower gels in the bathroom and bed was uncomfortable

The price is really good.

Although the beds were clean, I thought the floors and surfaces were very dirty.

I honestly don't understand why this accommodation had poor reviews because I was very pleased with my room. It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It didn't have an air conditioner, but I believe for the time I was there it was not necessary. I also stayed there for only one night and didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, so I cannot talk about that part.

The hotel misled me about the Wi-Fi, gave me a room with no internet, and the staff was rude and threatening. They refused to move me to a room with working Wi-Fi or refund me. I left after just one hour because it was impossible to work or feel safe there.

Beautiful old property with a lovely garden on the river Saone. Perfect for an old guy cycle touring on EV6. Jan warned via email that no evening food in the vicinity so picked up supper en route at the supermarket in Seurre….and Jan has beers available. Left space for an excellent convivial breakfast at the large dining room table. Jan is an outstanding host and also very much enjoyed the conversations with other guests.And the atmospheric church clock bells across the street stop ringing at 10:00pm.

Nothing….an elevator would be out of place in this building and , with my sore back, Jan kindly helped me with my luggage upstairs

It’s fine for maximum 2 nights

Could hear the people in the next room having sex. The chairs were old and heavy. I could hear when someone upstairs moved it. Every time someone came in or out the room when closing the door it echoed in the hallway and room.

The room was quite big

The hotel is really old, the elevator was dirt and stained, the TV remote was out of batteries, the mattress was too soft, stains everywhere, not clean overall
