In general hotel has everything is needed, but the quality of some premises was INTERESTING.The ironing room - dont got the idea. More preferable for visitors is to have iron in the room, or upon requestGym - i cant call it gym, i would never visit premises like that. Something 50 years oldSauna - something i was doubtfull as wellI dont know what Western means, but at this point not the Best associations.My room was meant to be double room, but the big bed was replaved by single, so it was specious and not cozy at all, and the emptiness echoed.

It was too hot and no air conditioning. The TV was old with no internet connection so Netflix didn’t work and we couldn’t understand German TV, so unable to watch anything. Everything felt a bit dated. On the outskirts of town in an industrial areas.

The window was very dirty, with a spider's web. The refrigеrator didn't work. They have changed it on the last day.

- There was no room service on any of the 3 days. - The room was cold, and an additional electric heater was only provided after a complaint.- For a room price of over 200 EUR, this is absolutely unacceptable

Staff were great. Very helpful

Bed were hard. Air conditioner was really loud and couldn’t be left on. Which is disappointing when we paid extra for an airconditioned room.

Was a quick stay, so I used no hotel leisure facilities nor breakfast. The room was fine, good value, clean, comfortable. A bit over warm when I arrived. Very friendly welcome at reception. Free snacks in corridor and drinks in room was a surprise. Easy to get here quickly from the airport at Frankfurt.

Nothing I noticed.

The hotel was well located relative to my meeting location. But the neighbourhood is strange as all surounding building are being renovated.

There is nothing around the hotel. So unless you have a good reason to be in that neighbourhood look at other parts of Offenbach.

Very close to the metro station, 4 min walk. stuff very friendly and helpful, rooms simple, but cosy. Breakfast was quite good. But you need to come early:)
