DISCRIMINATORY AND DISGUSTING PLACE

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE HANDICAP! And downright gross. The person working the front desk was cruel to the handicap family member travelling with me, and the mistreatment and rudness we encoutered is something I plan to escalate higher than a mere booking.com review. To top of the horrible experience, I had 2 cockroaches in my room and 3 spiders. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition. The tiles in the hallway were falling apart, and the room itself had a serious bug problem—there were flies and other insects everywhere because the windows were left open, and there was no air conditioning. To make matters worse, I found dead bugs in both the bathtub and the sink.I paid for the room, went to check it out, and left within 10 minutes. It was a rundown shack, and the photos on the website were nothing like the reality. This place is not at all worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

I had to wait for long time before a staff attended to me before they had no 24/7 staff on site.

Nice location, around 10 minute walk to river. Across the road from a park. Free parking. Could open windows which was helpful as too hot in room. Close to drop off location for hire campervan in Maintal. The car ferry was an excellent option to get back to Maintal. Beds comfortable. Some noise from other rooms- on same floor and above.

Dated and worn, need to chase up extra pillow case and get extra pillow out of cupboard. Few evening meal options. Breakfast was lacklustre and expensive.

Avoid!!!

Hotel locked in the evening, couldn’t go in for more than hour as no one stayed at reception, no one picked up the phone either. Really disappointed as stayed outside with 3 little children. Requested a cot for the baby which wasn’t provided. And on top of that was charged at the hotel and then no show full amount charged by bank. Careful with this place!

Checked in the PM and staff said I booked for 4 people but my booking said 5 then said I didn’t pay then had to find payment. Just a strange man doing the check in

Room rent is reasonable . The hotel owner is very friendly & helpful.

Basic as basic can be. We needed somewhere to stay for the euros and it did its job. Cheap and cheerful but far from luxury!

In the middle of an absolute dump. Staff don't really speak English, rooms basic as anything.

Rooms were simple but clean. Breakfast was good.

We had to call a phone number to get let in to the hotel.

Smelling bad with cigarettes, stuff very unpleasant!

No hot water in the rooms - for manager it was not a problem. Trawling with kids and not able to take a shower it was very uncomfortable!

It is affordable, they also offers overnight parking for us.

The bath tube is not for bath, the remote control for tv was damaged. The room that was assigned to us was not so comfortable because it’s noisy from the cars running outside.

The apartment of this hotel have no quality of a normal apartment, it have no height and too small

The apartment is to small for family and not sufficient equipments for cooking, It's not clean, I paid for 3 nights but unfortunately I leave their apartment One day before. We booked for five people but they give everything for sleep for four people. I am not recommending this hotel apartments.

Breakfast is fantastic . Location is very nice for running. Beds are comfy and sheets prisitne clean

The odour of cleaning detergent isthe first you smell. The hotel is outdated , some of the improvements arenot so nice. Bedside table lamp was not working.

Parking & location were ok.

Extremely dirty, smelly place, cockroach and bed bugs infested, sticky & greasy surfaces everywhere, very suspicious characters hanging around, reception & main goor closed & no staff around at regular hours in the morning - fire exit had to be used with insufficient lighting, the whole place is in the darknes and can be easily missed! Electrics unsafe - live wires running through a shower cubicle!!! I’m sorry I had to put my family through this experience, I only hope we haven’t taken any bugs with us! The place should be shut down until basic health & safety measures are met under any country’s standards & regulations.

Best about this hotel is the location as it’s close to family that lives in the area and the free parking. The room comes with a fan and a fridge. If you plan to book this hotel, make sure to ask for a room without carpet.

Unfortunately some rooms were renovated and some not. I was the unlucky one to get an unrenovated room with carpet, which was really full with stains. The breakfast buffet was was not always fully available. Wi-Fi didn’t always work, so I had to use my phone to connect to the internet on my laptop.
