Massive overpricing – does not...

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Paying 270€ per night for this hotel is completely unjustifiable; the actual quality corresponds to a budget hotel in the 60€ range.• Missing Amenities: There was no bottled water provided, no tissues, and basic guest comforts were completely ignored. • Breakfast: Very poor selection. Only basic rolls, some salami, cheese, and muesli. The vegetables were dry and clearly not fresh.

Terrible

The room had a smell, not clean and no warm watter in the morning. No reception and getting into the garage was difficult because no reception at 22:30 .... for 130 Euro price per room ... never B&B again

The standard was good. Walk from the station is a bit longer, for those who are not keen on walking, we didn't care. Good value for money. We did not have breakfast but it looked decent. Good for budget stay during Fairs.

Great apertures, the shower water pressure was fine, and the cereal selection was great.

The sign-time in the email was wrong, and the hotel was closed when I arrived.There was vermin in the room.At the first day, the breakfast smelled abominable, and the staff told me that there was "something rotten". The fresh fruit were not all that fresh. It's a shame, there's a lot of good substance here, but it's just not well maintained.

Overall size and organization of the space in the room was functional, also the labels on the light switches were practical. Mattress and pillow were comfortable.

The decoration of the room is very tacky. Insulation is poor, the noise from the street can be heard with closed windows. Bathroom seemed poorly cleaned - lots of dust on the hairdryer, even stains of dubious origin on the wall nearby the sink. Overall the value for money was very bad.

It was great, staff was pretty good. They spoke English and could help if you need.

We didn't have a locker in bathroom

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. The bed is comfortable, and it has both heating and air conditioning, so it’s suitable for both summer and winter. The area around the hotel is very quiet and well organized, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. The pillows in the room are varied, which is a nice touch.The room uses a code for entry ,they’ll give it to you when you check in. Make sure to take a photo or write it down, because the reception is only available until 10 PM. After that, you’ll need the code to enter the hotel, so don’t forget to keep it handy.

What I didn’t like is that after 7 PM, the lobby area gets crowded with drunk people, and even in the hallways near the rooms, which can feel uncomfortable. Also, there’s no drinking water available not in the reception area and not in the room.

Good value for money, close to bus stop which takes you to the s-Bahn , nice clean modern room

WiFi was not great on the 5th floor

Room clean, well decorated, easy checkin and the breakfast buffet is great. Very quiet environment. Many restaurants around. Easy to park the car in a secured garage.

Room is small which is ok.

However a fridge and a locker could be helpful. Breakfast was good however a better choice of bread could have been good

I wanted to check in at 1:40 pm. I was told I have to pay 15 Euros for early check in. This has not been very friendly. So I waited for an hour to check in.no hotel save, no fridge and no key are further disadvantages

Location is appaling, the 15 minutes walk from S-Bahn feels like crossing an entirety of motorway junctions in the middle of a soulless urban sprawl

Bad

After I paid the complete amount of the booking, the front desk decided not to host me. I was not able to stay at the hotel, even though I had already paid. I hope to receive the refund of the complete amount paid and also a recomoensation for this bad experience.

Clean and tidy

Bar has been refurbished but badly, no atmosphere and drink choice was dreadful, not even German bier was available - it was far better before refurbishment. Seating hasd been replaced with uncomfortable seats where the old ones were very comfortable. Bar food choice was also bad, no choice - pizza or leave it - I left it. Highlight of stay is Macdonalds restraunt is only a 5 minute walk away !My bathroon had no release on the sink to drain water and after final housekeeping visit they actually removed the plug in the sink totally making it useless. The aircondition did not work and only blew warm air.

Ac has a voice all the time and doesnt let me to sleep. Room was not clean. Breakfast was so poor.
