To noise from the passing very near train. Even the isolation of the windows doesn't help to have good rest during night time. Location of the hotel should provide as compensation free parking or breakfast.

Hotel is really close to Offenbach city center and also it's really easy to travel to Frankfurt. Room is too good - big, clean, comfortable.

Location was great, and room size is very good, however many things in the room needed to be fixed. The shower head was broken, the floor lamp was broken. Pillows were huge and they couldn't provide smaller ones so I couldn't sleep on them. The bed was basically two single beds next to each other with two mattresses, with time they move around and create a space in between were things fall.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is good value for money. The staff at the reception is very friendly. I would recommend it and would go again

The bathroom smells a little. I think it's the plumbing.

All cleaned it was very Big room I recommend 100 to all parking was for 4 euro the give for free for me

Very clean! The room smelled great and was spotless. I was also surprised that the room was cleaned while I was out, eventhough I was staying only 2 nights; most hotels don't bother! So this was really lovely. It was a stressful time for me, but the room was very comfortable, so I was able to really relax in the evening and sleep well. The location is perfect; if you need a supermarket, there is Norma right outside of the hotel. The city center is within 5 minutes walking distance, so if you would like to visit restaurants or get a coffee, family or business, this is perfect! I was really happy with the stay, especially for the price I did not expect it to be so great. The staff if very polite too. Although I had minimal interaction, they always smile and are kind. So nothing else to ask for in a hotel! Perfect.

The price was very cheap and overall was a very good value for the money. I also liked the bedroom style and the comfortable bed. Also the reception 24h open with helpful staff.

My bedroom was before the main corridor door and therefore the closest to the staircase and to the reception at the lower floor. Its door was super thin, so I could here anything happening in the main shared spaces during all night. Having a 24h reception and some loud speaking people at any time of the night prevented me to sleep very well, even with earplugs. But probably this problem only occurs in this specific bedroom, as the others are behind a closed corridor or at another floor. I also didnt like that in the room there is no kettle available, but the guests can buy a tee at the reception for 1 Euro, that I find quite odd. I checked in very late and my room was looking like someone cleaned it, but there were multiple men's hairs lying around that was quite disgusting. On the next days my bedroom has been cleaned regularly and then it was fine and clean. In the area, that is not nice, it is hard to find a parking space, so the hotel offers some limited spaces in a shared underground garage, but it costs extra and is not so nice.

Amazing location almost everything is near by, the staff was very friendly specially the lady in morning shift Esraa was very cooperative and the hotel was very clean.

Preaty fare for cost. Easy room and but clean, nothing luxary but if you need overnight, it good choise. Near netto shop and many turkish restorants
