The staff was very courteous and most helpful. My universal charger was not working so they gave me another charger. My room was getting hot so they came to adjust the temperature. I was given more water bottles than I asked for always.The heating bars to put the towels on were really useful!

The room temperature control needs improvement, it does not go much below 22deg and the room becomes very hot after using the shower. I needed to open the window a few time to let the cool air in. Elevator doors are very slow to open.

The breakfast was low-quality, I would have expected more from such a hotel. The parking garage is not that comfortable to reach from the hotel rooms

This hotel was tucked in the back of a quiet street. Very nice spacious rooms. Not many food places are nearby. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were fantastic ,like a suites. Also, the breakfast was varied and copious.

It was extremely cold in the room ,the maximum temperature during winter in thr rooms are 22 degree. But the staff brought an electrical heat ,which helped a bit.The location of the hotel was a bit far away from the city center ,and nothing was around the Hotel actually.

The hotel was large, lovely and clean. In my search for a hotel, I requested a place in Old Town Frankfurt. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the location well enough when I booked and this was quite a distance away and is actually in another city! Next time I will be more careful when booking. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the train station from the hotel and then about 15-20 Minutes on the train

Easy going staff and very comfort and clean place to stay at

The accommodation is very nice, modern, and clean. The lobby is pleasant. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Parking is available directly in the hotel garage.

The best part of our stay was the Portuguese workers at the front desk Very kind and very professional management must protect these guys at all cost. Thank you very much, gentlemen.

Allowed early checkin & late checkout at no cost. Reception helpful & efficient. Quite close to the train station & right on the river. Views of the city.

Breakfast was expensive, also asked for a hard boiled egg, but it was very soft. Only had 1 breakfast there.

The room is big and well decorated and well-maintained. They provide everything that i would need like iron. The bed is very comfortable.

Room is very clean

After checked out and left the hotel, then I realized I forgot my universal power socket in hotel room.Came back after few hours and asked hotel staff to help me, after sometimes they found it,But the staff didn’t given to me, and told me this hotel universal socket.This is not a good way to treat to the customer.

The room was bis, clean, modern and had a view of the Frankfurt skyline. Staff was friendly and offered us a room with a better view.

Staff was very nice. Room was big, and clean, and filtered all the external noises quite well. Nice desk for work. Big shower and easy to set temperature
