The staff was very rude. So rude that I checked out the same day and didnt sleep the night and went to sleep in another hotel.

Location, staff friendliness and helpfulness, beautifully decorated breakfast with wide choices.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, good breakfast, neat and clean overall impression. Good value for money. Fair price for parking.

Blackout curtains would have been nice.

Hotel Room was basic but roomy - Clean with everything we needed including hair dryer. Wifi good. Check in was easy and friendly. Short walk from the train station.

Location: We were looking for an inexpensive hotel in Frankfurt (NOT easy to find!) that was close to the train station since we were flying in late (8:30 pm) for only 1 night and planning on touring the Old Town the next morning. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel late - 11pm. When asking the front desk for a place to go have a beer/glass of wine, we were told there weren't any good (aka: safe) places to go "for people like us". There was a cute tavern on the corner across the street, but we were advised to stay away. So - only problem with this hotel is the location I think.

I loved my stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, great breakfast, near public transportation, and very friendly staff!Everything was just great.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Friendly, decent value, clean and comfortable, providing the basics, including a decent breakfast and a wake-up call, along with manned reception at all times.

Further from the centre of Frankfurt than I would usually stay, but some Euro-Football event seemed to have taken rooms up there - I was going to the opera - and this was only 20 minutes out on the tube.

The front desk team were very helpful and attentive. Good breakfast included. Be aware that when you arrive you will be concerned about appearance, but once inside clean, basic but very well run.

Great staff, small car park but more.than suitable for our needs. Very close to local rail station for easy access into Frankfurt. Good breakfast and great price for the room. Basic facilities but clean room, comfy bed and hot shower so all good ?

The breakfast was expansive and the bathroom was modern, clean and well equipped (hair dryer, etc.)

It's too far outside of the city for a short stay. It cost 50 euros to get there from the airport and another 25-30 euros for a taxi back into the city center. As a solo female traveler who arrived after midnight and was only in Frankfurt for two days, it was not safe or practical to try to figure out public transport. If you have time to do so, there is a station nearby. I switched to Uber instead of taxis and it was much cheaper to get around.

I stayed for 1 night in winter. I had a corner room and the walls were cold. The bed was placed lengthwise along the wall, so the mattress was very cold as well. There was BLACK MOLD between the mattress and the wall.Overall, the hotel looks a bit old and tired. Bathroom wasn't super clean either.

Reception guys were great and that the reception works 24/7

For this price hotel is outdated with furniture, bad mattress and during the breakfast the tables are dirty. The lady is not changing dirty tablecloth and we had breakfast both days on a very dirty table. She just come and remove the glasses and plates and leave everything dirty for the next guest.

The breakfast was nice, the beds were comfortable and the room was big for two people (even had a bathtub!). The staff was always nice and friendly. It was easy getting into Frankfurt as well (with a car) and there was a big parking lot you can use for a small extra fee.

When we got to our room, it smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke, so I wish the room would've been aired out before we got there. Some of the towels in the bathroom were not clean.
