The location that is literally 5 minutes from the train. The room and overall building was very clean and beautiful. The staff was just amazing and went above and beyond for us.

The ONLY thing I did not like about the hotel was that because I used your service to locate them and use their property. They did not grant me rewards points at their app. Other properties we use definitely do provide the points regardless of how we get.

The price was right.

No safe in room, no microwave, and no scrambled eggs at breakfast.

We had a room on the top floor with a balcony view. The rooms were really clean and spacious with a great bathroom. The beds were really comfortable, and we had an amazing nights sleep.We had a problem with our booking, however this was resolved quickly and efficiently by a member of the manager team. The customer service in the hotel is amazing as the team are very kind. The breakfast was ok and you can make your own small pancakes :)

The hotel has a parking however it is expensive so you can leave your car on the side road for two hours. Apart from that, there are no cons.

The facility is very pleasant to stay in. The staff is very friendly and leaves the impression of a safe and pleasant stay at the hotel. We especially highlight the kindness of Elena and Oscar. Wonderful young people, professional, kind and hospitable. We recommend the facility, these shortcomings are negligible if we consider how pleasant and kind the staff is!

There is little space to store things, if there are two people. Breakfast could be more varied and different. We stayed for seven days and every morning there was the same offer.

Breakfast quite poor:scramble or boiled egg, meat and cheese for sandwiches.

Bar open so I could drink a beet and do some work on my laptop. This was between 22-24 h.

Parking was not clear somewhere around the corner. I had to go in and ask and then park mu car.

Breakfast wasn't that good and little variety. Rooms were not the cleanest, but sheets were clean and bathroom was ok.

The hotel was OK, brought the Holiday Inn standards, however maybe booking.com or the hotel mislead me and separated us in 2 different rooms. I can understand that originally the room was stated for 1 adult + 1 children hence I have needed to pay for 2 room but only used 1 for our stay cause we were able to fit in on perfectly. The were no family rooms available and the car park was full so needed to park on the other side of the road in a car park. This isn't a negative thing just mentioning cause I was carrying bikes and didn't want to leave them on the street. Apart from that the bed was comfy the stuff was helpful. There is a fabulous italian restaurant near the hotel.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, room was clean. There is a supermarket right next door which was handy!

The toilet paper was very rough and hard like actual paper.

The S-bhan is not operating at the moment. Need to get replacement busss - which is fine, but getting a ticket for the replacement bus is an issue. Pick these up at the central station, office hours, when coming into Frankfurt.

We had two rooms—the hotel gave us rooms next to each other. The rooms were very well equipped (there was even an iron, coffee, and other uncommon amenities), and very clean, but a bit small. When all four of us tried to spend time together in one room, it felt too crowded. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing Frankfurt or Offenbach, especially if you're familiar with the cities’ public transport systems.

The hotel is located at a very busy street intersection—even at night, it was quite noisy. In this case, it was actually a good thing that the room windows could only be opened for ventilation, as it helped reduce the noise. Parking was too expensive (€19 per night), but convenient, with a lift going directly to the hotel reception. Breakfast could have been more varied—after two days, we had tried everything and had nothing new to choose from.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean except for the fact that they cleaned the rooms every other day but its ok.They had on site parking and the location was super nice.

The breakfast was a bit poor not a lot of variety and they need to give better instructions on the parking as it was a bit confusing how the system worked with the tickets.
