On site paid parking makes the whole stay feel so cheap, which is a shame cause nothing else about the hotel says low-end. And it's not even modest pay either, if you stay a week or so, it's cheaper to park at the airport. What's next ? the heating is extra ? pay separately for sheets ?

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was great! Very hospitable and knowledgeable. Going above and beyond. Especially Violeta and Vincent. Truly what great customer service experience should be. Would definitely recommend staying here just for their amazing service. Of course the hotel itself was chic and modern and welcoming.

Nothing really except maybe a refill water station. They do provide a sort of spa water within the lobby but maybe just a filtered water refill area would be great.

Very bad experience. 1st night power cut , 2nd night fire alarm and had wake up and spoil my sleep. Same time I have been checked out by hotel staff without even my concern. Now and additionally have been charged for 1 additional night saying my 1 night had been refunded to my card . But till the date (12 June ) i haven’t received at my account. No receipt is provided I have paid my charges by cash

Likes the location, really new and Modern Rooms and really good and pleasant stuff. Parking is 18 Euros a day . But worth it

Clean room. Nice atomosphere. plenty of space for parking cars. Friendly staff. Restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was Good. But cannot compare with the Breakfast what we get at Leonardo Royal Hotel, Munich.

Pointless to take a bigger room it is impossible to use area outside bedroom. It is small. Filled with sofa and tv than is right in front of you face.totally useless

Off the city but conveniently not far away to reach the center with the car. Considering when booking the parking at the hotel and the parking at the city centre if you are in town for the Messe. Without a car I will not recommend. All the rest is very good.

We ordered a family room with separate bad for our son. As we checked in at 23:00, we found out, the third bed wasn't laid. And nobody tried to solve this problem.

A delicious and varied breakfast, a comfortable room, and a modern bathroom. The hotel is decorated in beautiful colors, making it a pleasant place to stay.A wide time range for breakfast, fast check-in, and check-out until 12 PM (though we were supposed to leave earlier, unfortunately), which is quite rare these days.

The area is not entirely residential, but it's manageable to walk to the station and get to the city center. The high parking cost is unclear- just 50 meters from the hotel, street parking is completely free, and there were plenty of spots available. However, we were there on the weekend, so perhaps it's harder to find a space on weekdays? In any case, I recommend trying to park for free - 18 euros is too much for a non-central location.

verything was okay except for one big disrespectful behavior from the morning supervisor Mr. Krzysztof, we visited the city for Ambiente fairs and chose this place for our stay. One morning when we went down for breakfast 2 of our colleagues had their room number info to enter the breakfast area, but Mr. Krzysztof told them their room breakfast had already been used and the number of their rooms was crossed on his paper. The right was not used and my colleagues tried to explain the situation and said there might be a mistake. He insisted on it, and then I asked him if he could show me who did use this breakfast can he show me or can he check the cameras or smth? He refused to do this and argued with us over 5 minutes. At last, he let my colleagues pass but meanwhile still telling that we were looking for free breakfast and stealing from the hotel. We paid over 3000 Euros for our stay and got accused of being thieves of 20euro worth of breakfast. I just can't believe how a man can be a manager with this type of poor communication skills. When he argued with me on this he did not even give %1chance for the fact that he might have made a mistake..

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facilities were top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my visit and felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The staff was incredibly helpful, even with our late check-in, and the hotel's close proximity to Frankfurt Airport was perfect after a long flight - an ideal place to relax before continuing our journey.The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the convenient parking made everything even easier!
