Good value and close to Fernando Martin arena.

Room wasn't like the photos, curtains were pretty nasty.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. The checking process is so fast.

The hotel provides a basic breakfast that could benefit from more options and faster restocking of items. Only one staff member is working in the reception and breakfast areas. The cost for parking is 9 euros per night.

Nothing to like about it

Location is bad, honestly. There is nothing around, like nothing. When we came lobby was under refurbishment, they had their PC on the lunch table with dust and cables all around - we were never aware of this. Our breakfast was served in the basement, in the room with small windows and tons of people. Food was not nice, zero berries, pear and orange from fruits. Different pastry and couple choices of salami. Juice containers were always empty, coffee in machine was with sugar by default. Room it outdated. We were also scammed by the pictures, we got delux double thinking it will have pretty big windows - it did not; they too picture of one bed in one room and picture of windows in other room. Bathroom is also not as pictured, it’s different. We asked to be moved to the room we booked and were refused, because “it’s the same room”. lol. Staff was rude, always away. Anyway, I really don’t recommend it.

We got a family room, very comfortable, clean and the bathroom is great. The staff were really kind. The location is a bit far if you want to explore madrid but accessible by train and busses

The location was convenient.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishments. There was no proper reception, It was full of dust and dirt and there was no hot water for several hours.

Some of the hosts behind the desk where not friendly and not helpful when one of my friends bags was stolen in the breakstroom. We had to figure out ourselves what to do and no empathy to the victim. The fact that all kinds of people (also,non guest) can come to the breakfast room, also from outside or from the parkjng garage is very undesirable . The hosts at the desk did not take notice of the people coming in and going out. One of these people, non guest, stole the bag of my friend.

Lift not working swiftly. Bathroom lock is there but you cant lock it

It is close to transportation system. Besides, the staff is quite formal and kind, willing to help us at any time. I would repeat a stay without hesitation

We always took the same breakfast and that was a little bit annoying because we’re paying for the breakfast and also you guys need to put some halal’s food in case of you had muslim clients ( my partner) and the location was decent . The staff very polite also the cleaning girls . 10/10 Thanks .

Most of the times we didn’t have space for park the car , we always took the same breakfast and the views from our room it is not what we expected to be honest .

Friendly staff, complimentary tea, coffee, juice and water all day, comfy beds, free and easy parking.

Reception team are the best, rooms with baths , comfortable beds... Close to Metro...Had great time for affordable price.

The hotel was in full maintenance work. No previous information was given. My request for a price reduction was not accepted. Will never come back. Shameful attitude.
