The staff were amazing! Very helpful.

The shopping mall on the side.

The parking garage is very accesible to anyone.

Breakfast was stellar! Best I’ve had traveling on the “”fruit-cold” side. Need to cook bacon crisper is my only suggestion for improvement.

Trouble with hot water supply on first two nights there. Did improve greatly on third day.

The zone is well connected with public transport.The metro and the train station is few meters away from the hotel.

Rooms are good sized and comfortable. Breakfast buffet a good way to start the day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fitness room has everything I needed and a sauna room if you want it. This hotel is right next to a mall so shopping and eating is super convenient. Also very close to the reginal train station.

Sinks are not that convenient, too shallow. Parking is tight in the spaces for the hotel but there is a grocery store parking lot you can take advantage of. Getting into and out of garage is a little tight so large cars not recommended given tunnels and turns you have to take.

Centrally located with restaurants etc nearby. Very clean with friendly staff.

The location, close to the suburban train, line 5. Clean. A bathtub. Friendly staff. Lovely gym.

Parking instructions were unclear and I got stressed out unnecessarily. Could have been a smoother arrival, after driving for 9 hours. Noisy room - I’ll spare you the details but I could tell everything that was happening next door. Uncomfortable pillows, very hard.

The staffs were nice and the house keeper on 5th floor was very kind and helpful. The hotel was neat and the price is also affordable. I would recommend anytime.

room good, bed comfortable, breakfast very good, staff all friendly and helpful and spoke good English. free parking and big shopping centre next door (same parking). Great Hotel, our fourth visit at least on north-south drive through Spain.

Not too easy to find in the Madrid suburbs. But GPS finds it.

The breakfast was really, really good and totally worth the money. We had it everyday as a family. The spread was very nice and they accomodated us until late.

The location is a bit far from Madrid and takes atleast a 35-40 min drive to old town. There should be kettles provided in every room. The staff on our departure day decided to charge us for water bottles while we were entitled to one bottle per room per day - except that staff on the front desk, everyone was nice in the restaurant.

LCB is next to a mall and the station . Just perfect for us staying to be near family . Rooms are great , quiet and comfortable . The staff are lovely and welcoming , helpful in rebooking for our next stay in a couple of weeks .

There isn’t a kettle in the room , can’t make tea . You only get bottled water on arrival . When it’s busy it’s impossible to get the lift to your room .

The room temperature is never correct, AC doesn't work, then, if you cover the blanket, you feel like you are covered with a plastic bag, you would be wet through in few minutes, and it stays such.If you don't cover the blanket, it is cold. We were awake until 3:20am and cannot sleep.2. All night long, you can hear the other rooms, door closing like they want to destroy it. 3. The water flow from the faucet is very strong, but the sink is quite shallow. If you're not careful, the water from the faucet will splash all over the countertop, creating a mini flood.4. Very basic breakfast, with low quality products such as the "Pascual" butter, it's cover can never be opened in one go, the cover always breaks into small pieces , you have to do several times then you get the butter.5. All TV channels are Spanish, English channels are not available. 6. The wifi is weak, even the staff come to help. But what he did is, tell me their wifi is working, my phone can't see their wifi name is not their problem. He showed his phone that, he can connect. We can connect to the wifi the first few days, but the last day, we can only connect to it outside the room in the corridor where their model located, if we come inside the room, we lost the wifi.

Clean and comfy rooms with great staff, too!

The hotel is situated in the building of large shopping centre (a corner tower) 5 minutes walk from the train station. The center contains giant Carrefour, so there is no need to go far to buy something. It is quite convenient for activities in nearby suburbs like Leganes or even in Madrid (less than 30 minutes by train). All the standard accessories for 4* hotel are present.
