Ibis Madrid Fuenlabrada

The hotel itself doesn¿t look special from outside but the inside is very cute. Everything was pretty, clean and organized. The room exceeded my expectations and so did the lobby and hotel in general. They also were able to store my bags after checkout.

The bus station near the hotel is a little unreliable and it is a bit far from the center of Madrid but then again I knew this ahead of booking

There was nothing to like.

The temperature was not adjustable. The room was very very cold. There was no restaurant. Just a bar where you can get sandwiches and pizza from a microwave oven. The location was terrible.

Comfortable and clean with good breakfast. Good access to main roads. Great pizzas at the bar!

Limited food choice at restaurant. Management need to address the inconsiderate car owners on carpark .drivers taking nearly 2 spaces to park there car , there is clear signs how to park correctly. But everywhere you go in spain ,seems drivers couldn't care less about courtesy on car parks

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. On October 11th, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, and the housekeeping team was very friendly and polite.However, on the night of October 12th, we returned around midnight and found the parking gate closed. When we called through the intercom, the receptionist — a young woman wearing glasses — told us that the parking lot was full. We could clearly see that there was at least one available space, but she kept shouting through the intercom that it was full and that we should find a place to park on the street.We ended up waiting in the middle of the street for about 20 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and unsafe, until she finally decided to open the gate and let us in. It was an extremely unpleasant and stressful situation.On the following two days, I needed to work, but the internet connection stopped working completely. It took almost two hours to get back to normal, which made things very difficult.Overall, the staff at first were kind and welcoming, but the poor service during the night shift and the unstable internet connection really affected my experience.

So far of city and you should have a private car. No restaurants and other services near

Room was spacious and clean, mattress comfortable. Bathroom good with plenty of hot water. Quadruple glazing, so no traffic noise whatsoever, which is good because our room faced a very busy road. Good TV. Check in staff member was very nice and accommodating. We ate supper in the bar, food was decent and reasonably priced.

Pillows we're very flat and need changing, only 2 provided. We went for breakfast at 10.30am exactly and told that they had finished serving. That was disappointing because we could see that there was plenty of food left out.

The breakfast was good, but the staff could be more welcoming. At times, the service came across as a bit unfriendly.

I think it’s a social issue, but in general Spaniards are not usually warm in their treatment of tourists or clients. They easily shift from a service-oriented attitude to one where they make it seem like they’re doing you a favor by attending to you. And that’s exactly what I found in general with the staff. There were some exceptions that made the experience more bearable

Good chain hotel close to highway, modern and clean. Friendly staff, safe free parking and good breakfast. Many restaurants within short driving distance. Excellent for an overnight stray if passing through Madrid

Spacious room, comfy bed, close to the motorway

Bar was often unstaffed so it was difficult to get served. Reception desk was a bit tacky and unprofessional looking. A proper desk would look far better

Close to my locations of interest in Getafe and Fuenlabrada. Breakfast is better than usually in such price range

A lot of rooms have windows directly to the highway Parking is possibly overcrowded in the night, public parking is 300-400 meters away with walk across the industrial park

We like the bed it's comfortable but the pillow is more soft for us but it's ok.

Maybe the blower for the hair is not that good quality.
