Hoteles Urbanos N Avenida de España

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our king-size bed was perfect, and the children’s room next to ours was ideal for the family. The staff were friendly, the elevator worked well, and the breakfast was good.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met our expectations, from the rooms to the facilities.

Ok hotel for a short stay, and breakfast is okay. Big enough for a family of five and quiet room with a big bathroom. Great that parking is available on the street for free. Far out of the city but around 30 minutes to the airport.

For value for money this is definitely overpriced. There is no mini fridge or kettle in the room although it is possible to get hot water in the restaurant. Beds are also either too soft or too hard but for one night it is okay. There are no bed lights either, only a sharp light in the ceiling.

Good

The breakfast offer would benefit significantly if there is some vegetables to choose from (eg. cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, grilled peppers or zucchini...).

Location great, staff very friendly, room correct.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

OK location.

Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyhing from the next room and from the corridor. Floor was dirty, sheets stained. The bathroom is not a separate room and offers very little privacy. The room was poorly equiped only with the tiniest table and a TV - no fridge, kettle, etc.

Very nice, very clean hotel. It looks like it was newly remodeled. Staff very courteous. Room clean, bathroom clean, beds comfortable with a comforter, not a blanket. Breakfast was nice with a choice of bakery, 3 hot items, cakes, one type of lunch meat and one type of cheese.

Parking is small and not enough spaces. There is public parking in front and we were lucky to get a spot because somebody just left

The room was big enough for 5 of us.

No body wash in the shower. The breakfast was very poor. Not as near to the centre as we thought.

Clean, light, nice food, quite location

Minor repairs should be already done in my room

Room is quite nice & clean.

The smell of smoke cigars inside the room.

Clean, Good breakfast, Safe and Secure, Parking facility, Enough space for at least 6 person in a room. If you calculate per head cost, its 10/10 .

You have to buy water bottle or you can use tap water.

Possibility to park without additional payment near the hotel, there is a lot of public parking. Hot water and good pressure. Clean room. Good breakfast for the money. Nice staff. Good location.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke.Small room but cozy and clean.
