Room and shower was clean. Decent size with good front desk helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good. ?7 per person was Totally worth it! Highly recommend trying out the breakfast.

Location. It is remote and there is no walkway (footpath) from the hotel towards outside restaurants. There are no option for restaurants if you don?t have a car. Accessible by taxi only.

The front desk was friendly at check-in and check out. Parking was good and safe. Will be my Madrid spot for business visits

Would appreciate a real queen and not two full twins.

Friendly staff, ease of check-in, free parking, clean good sized rooms and proximity to link transport plans.

Probably add on electric kettle and mugs in each room would definitely enhance the experience.

The hotel is located outside the busy area of madrid. It is easy to reach. We stayed in this hotel as it is nicely located to transit within Spain to our destination. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is great!

Food was better than expected.

The location is terrible, there is not access for pedestrians, so we ended paying Ubers all days to go and went.

One staff member that spoke English and was quite pleasant.

Our cards for the room kept getting always out of service and at to come to the front office to get them “fixed”. One of the rooms had a very intense smell of cigarette and at the beginning they were refusing to change the room for another one. Besides that one person the spoke English, no one else in the hotel spoke English or even did the effort to. My car was scratched in the garage the first day we stayed there (picture attached).

Easy and good for a short stay. people is very friendly and restaurant is really good for a quick dinner after a long day in Warner Park.

Confortable Room

When I booked this hotel, I was happy to see that it offered free parking. However, the parking area is small, and when it's full, you have to park outside the hotel.

Property is good, rooms are also good with a minimum facilities in room, breakfast was very bad, uncooked croissants, very limited choice.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. There has been a couple of small issues that need to be addressed. The first time the shower tray would fill up and overflow if you put the shower on too fast. The aircon could not be adjusted. it was either on or off, no temperature control. The second time, the aircon made a noise when it was on, but it was not too hot or too cold in the room so I did not need to use it.

We did not end up staying the night. They gave me and my 2 year old a smoking room…

Clean room with a decent bed, small desk and an arm chair. The room was bigger that what you get at an Ibis.

The parking places were tight.

The staff and especially the bar staff were kind, and caring. Always available.Free water. Clean.

The room wasn't insulated. I could hear neighbor guests.

Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel. Staffs and reception were really excellent and helpful and host able.

Location was far from downtown
