Property was pretty good in terms of staff and food

The staff at front desk were promt and humble with a awsome service , the team of sharath, anjum and nishita are top notch performers in th hotel .Thanks

Food (since they have added local chhattisgarh dishes in the menu) and service, specially the live music on Saturday and Sunday

The mould smell in rooms

It was clean and well maintained. My stay was comfortable and the duty manager Mr. Pankaj was very kind and helpful.

The staff were excellent. It started with Utraksh, who then passed on the booking enquiry to Vedansh, who arranged for the taxi for pick up and was also present at the check in and the experience was excellent. His English is very good and he understands well.We had 2 buffet dinners, which are good value for money. The staff at the breakfast and dinners are very helpful, courteous and go the extra mile to make the breakfast/ dinner place welcome.The food and choices were excellent. A special mention to Karan and Rick, who made excellent coffee for us.Nisita was helpful at the desk.A special mention also to Pawan, our driver, who us extremely pleasant. We used the car for most of our needs.

The smell in the corridor.

The staff is very polite & cooperative.Breakfast is also excellent.The location is also perfect.

Staff was very cooperative, it was a wonderful stay special thanks and appreciation to south Indian expert shef Mr Gulshan and Shef Prem , great hospitality.

Frequent power cut

Ok ok

There was no electricity for more than 12 hrs with no power back up ,no ac in this scorching summer in June first week.The room rent of that horrible night stay was also not adjusted as we had booked through booking. Dot com

We really enjoyed the breakfast... specially I want to mention name of service provider Mr. Abhinandan he is quite exceptional with his work & also I liked his behaviour.... I really thankful for him he arranged small but very beautiful pastry for my son... I totally admire Mr. Abhinandan work & his behaviour

VERY GOOD SPREAD AND CHOICES. VERY GOOD .

SERVICE IS SLOW, TO MAKE OUR LUGGAGE REACH TO ROOM IT TOOK 15 MINUTES AND TWO REMINDERS .

The staff were polite and tried their best to help.The room we checked in had damp walls, the receptionist changed our room without hesitation. The WiFi did not work on the day we checked in, despite the duty manager trying his best to sort it.The dinner (thali) was very good. The breakfast was mostly the same every day but has a lot of variety. The staff are very courteous and efficient.

There was banging from 1am on one of the nights of our stay, ? Repairs. The toilet was not clean and stained. Could they use better products to rectify this? The sheet had some hair from a previous visitor!

Worst experience

Everything except There was no parking staff Half of the room lights were not working and blinking continuously TelePhone was deadAnd staff were cold and i felt it rudeThey allotted the last room for which i have to walk like 150 meters from lift

Clean hotel with spacious rooms

There is a nightclub adjoining the hotel that blasts music till 3 am. The whole hotel shakes and despite repeated requests to the management no action was taken. I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of a nightclub. Absolutely horrendous stay, would never stay at this property again.

Breakfast was good, as was dinner

The hotel is next to a bar that plays thumping loud music until 1am even on weeknights. Eventhough they knew this was an issue, they gave me a room where this was too much. I had to move my room at 10:30 at night. Not ideal and totally avoidable in the first place. I guess they figured I would not be bothered by thumping Indian techno-pop? The room I moved to was the musty smelling but at least quiet. This whole thing was avoidable with some thinking on behalf of the staff.

The location and the privacy

The AC, it was 25 throughout the stay, I adjusted to 21 but it did not change at all. AC was the worsst, room 101

Good. No issues here

Very unconcerned staff experience. From check in to check out. Poor response. Room was also not fresh. Shampoo and soap dispensers not filled up. Overall hossible hospitality. Not Marriott.

Didn't have breakfast.

This wasn't our first time. This time the service was very bad. Cleanliness was bad. Service response was very very bad. Food was mediocre. They had loud music till past 2 in the morning. They didn't respect my request to tone it down for us and other guests to sleep.

Ambience Location and Food.Clean rooms and the upkeeping is also good

Some noisy rooms where you can hear the DJ beats thumping till midnight
