The place is good and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food and there is various menu.

The swimming pool lacks maintenance. Certain things at the hotel room are not functioning well or old. Chairs need to be changed.

Breakfast was great! Great ambiance

The bathroom sewer was smelling really bad!

The location was central, many an event were happening ... so it can be a lil busy ...

Choice of amenities could have been more / better?

The only thing I liked in this hotel was the view from my room.

The room was very small and had cockroaches everywhere. They changed the room for us but then the AC made a lot of noise. I called twice to ask for a technician but no one came until I went to the reception and complained. I also called for extra towels 3 times. They tell you we will send someone but no one shows up. The last thing that really upset me was the fact they didn't do my room the whole day while I was away for work. I came back exhausted thinking that I will find my room clean and fresh which wasn't the case. I was very disappointed with this hotel and will never go back again. The high price of this hotel is not worth it at all.

Very long wait for about an hour before checking in the room. we only one counter for the checking which is not something that should happen for the standing of this place.2. Balcon was not clean at all3. Cacao lounge was closed at 10 pm instead of 12PM seen in the menu

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the location. I sincerely appreciate the fact that the management arranged a fantastic suite for me. I thank them for this.

I hate the fact that despite the quality of my suite I had no hot water!!!! I complained 3 times but they were not able to fix the issue.

The room was nice and comfortable.

Check in was after 2pm. I arrived at 2:45 and the room was not ready. I was told to want a few minutes, and they would update me. I waited 30min and no one came over to update me. So, I go the reception counter to inquire. I was told to wait about another hour. I waited another hour a 15min. Again. No one came over to update me. I go to the reception counter again, still no update. However, I was asked to go ahead and pay to speed things up once the room is ready. I in a humorous way mentioned, you want my payment, but you don't have a room to give me. I waited another 30 minutes or so, Went back to the counter. Spoke with a Manager. She said she would go personally check on the room. Another 45 minutes go by. Finally, the room was ready approximately 3 hrs after my arrival. The manager expressed her apologies and said her manager would provide free breakfast. That did not happen. No one follow up with any kind of sincere apology. Maybe this was a one off. But I will not be spending my money there again

It's very elegant, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean, well maintained and comfortable, the food was good and I loved the view.

The WiFi didn't work in our rooms so I had to do business in the lobby. It was difficult to find a place in the lobby what didn't have a lot of background noise.

All the common areas (The lobby, the restaurants…) are awesome.

The bedrooms are too old and shabby.

Hotel forgot to pick me up from the airport, despite confirming twice; Did not get a room service order; smelly air conditioner

First visit (and last) since I stayed at the hotel for two days in October 1972

Breakfast was poor for such a standard hotel. VERY CROWDED, food constantly running out service slow. Only one person making omelettes, cutlery kept running out. I waited five minutes for a table spoon to eat my cornflakes. Staff shut the buffet the second it reached the advertised closing time.My place setting was cleared while I was waiting at the buffet. Several items were cold.

Amazing swimming pool, likely the biggest that I ever saw in an hotel!

although I arrived at 7:00pm my room was not ready yet. But I must say that as compensation I got an upgrade to a bigger room with beautiful view on the lagoon.

Reception was not at the hotel entrance and there was no information or signs notifying guests where it is. I believe there was an assumption all guests were repeat customers who understood the system.Requesting a hotel in the morning was a challenge - I was worried I would miss my flight. The hotel had no drivers they could call on the phone and someone had to go to the main road to get one.

The hotel is a center for wedding, events etc. great to see all the people moving around in the lobby

Very clean and classy, proactive staff.

The prices are on the upper side especially the restaurant and the shops around.

The food was great and plenty of choice. The staff were very frendily

Good bed good pillows good room good food Restaurant on 23 rd floor excellent.In the brasserie Miss Mariam and mr.Frank are both delivering outstanding work close to perfection !! Not seen often in European restaurants let alone in African ones

Price quality is a little off I think.Check inn is horrible you must do yourself and the questions you get are unappropriate and without respect. Both my parents are deceased, why do I need to give their names? What good will that do? Checking in took us about 45 minutes were in other hotels you have your jey in 5 minutes.....My review grade is based in the very stressful Check in!

This hotel is surely not recommendable

I waited 3 hours to get my room despite having done the pre - booking 1 week earlier. the communication between staff is not good at all, i end up paying an extra amount for breakfast despite the fact that in my hotel package, breakfast was included.
