What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Access to the pool and fitness room was great. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. The property was super clean. I forgot a wallet in the room and the staff was able to recover and keep it for a colleague to pick it up and return it to me, very respectable.
- Location a bit open, traffic could be deterant for some when lobby too busy
- Very poor.
Cons -
- The check-in process was a bit complex, with a form that asked too much information and didn't work well in my phone. The restaurant at the top floor was unnecessarily expensive. Traffic in front of the hotel is some of the heaviest i've seen, take enough time to commute.
- Was taken aback when they did not offer standard eggs, only scrambled and boiled eggs
- The hotel was over-booked and could not accommodate me. I was moved to another hotel.
