La Maison Palmier

This boutique hotel met all our expectations. We stayed for about 2 weeks + here and it was a pleasant and interesting stay. The facility is very clean and well-kept. Staff are cheerful and very helpful. Despite not a French speaker, we were able to communicate well with the staff, a few of them communicate in english well. Quiet stay, location is perfect.This is a place we will definitely be staying again when in Abidjan.

Breakfast like everyone stated could be worked on to accommodate more options.

The staff were extremely professional, respectful and welcoming. The establishment itself was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was simple and delicious as well as the cocktails and food. The gym was also one of my favorites, I was able to connect my music to the sterio and enjoy a few machines.

Only gets loud on Fridays when the DJ is playing. So if your room is close to the lobby and you would like to rest, this is not ideal.

A beautiful place- a modern total African look, super clean and comfortable bed, nice coffee machine, beSpoke toiletries. I loved the vide of the place and the entire complex. Very attentive staff- calling beforehand to make sure i could benefit from the complementary shuttle service

The breakfast was quite mid and some things in the room like the hand shower and door lock were faulty.

The pool area of the hotel was stunning and the staff was very accommodating. We travelled in a large group and they made every effort to accommodate our (at times!) unreasonable requests. The breakfast also had a lovely spread and the pastries were to die for. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on and pretty much everyone in our party agreed. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Abidjan!

I haven't been home in 12 years, and this year I came for a special event and stayed at this hotel. My family told me a lot about it as they went there often and I loved it. I celebrated my mother's birthday there and the restaurant staff was amazingly TOP for organizing this surprise for her. The hotel is Super cozy, secure, and beautiful with all these trees. I travel a lot and stay in top hotels, but this one at home made me feel great :). Now back to Germany and miss this hotel experience.

I would love for their breakfast and menu to be more diverse. It was a bit boring to have the same things for a week straight. I know they might want a chic/elevated clientelle but i think a little diveristy would be very much appreciated by the ones already there.Also, i was with my mother, so I booked a big room, and it was a bit annoying to always ask the reception for things missing in the room as the cleaners always missed giving us the basic needs for the room for 2. Staffs could do better.

The breakfast menu is not at all diverse, no appetizer offered when you are at the bar.

Everything was excellent except for a few minor things mentioned below that needs attention

- Please change the toilet bulbs ( room 804 )- Please check the fire alarm keeps going off daily at 7am ( room 804 ) - Please change the room fridge as the compressor keeps making noise
