Convenient location.Good staff, Ines at reception was very helpful.

All members of staff were extra friendly and helpful: from the door man to the Jean Yves the front desk clerk and not forgeting the pregnant room service lady... ????

The buffet beakfast was quite repetitive.

Breakfast in executive lounge cafeteria was better than the cafeteria on the ground floor.

The entire central air conditioner system was not conducive. The temperature in the room and the lobby were not cold as anticipated.

Breakfast serving on excutive floor seating is not comfortable and serving options are limited. Better to take breakfast in main hall on groung floor as more spacious and comfortable.

Staff is great, extremely helpful, nice and polite.I had a crazy incident in which I forgot my passport at the security box and had to ran to collect it while almost missing my flight and the staff was extremely nice and ready-to-help.

No pool in Abidjan? Fitness center very poor unlike, for instance, movenpick accra where the gym is fully stocked. However, the greatest disappointment was the breakfast: so poor choices for a high level hotel brand like movenpick.I am diabetic, nothing!!! I went at 9:30 am, one hour before closing and everything was empty and cold.Bread quality is terrible.

The lobby is really really poor. Very dated and needs work.Its clearly stuck in the past..Bedroom was comfortable and bathroom nice.Staff were very accommodating.Air conditioning is inconsistent especially in the lobby.

The team was amazing in welcoming me and upgraded me to a suite because of last minute unavailability. I appreciate the professionalism and the time saved at the check-in desk.

Breakfast was limited but good. There is a nice little cafe in the inner courtyard that serves good food - however they don't deliver to rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One called a Yonga (local Uber) for me with her phone. They also helped provide change and money conversion. The free chocolate / fruit station in the lobby is a nice touch.

Breakfast area could have been cleaner. Luggage valet service took way too long - I think the bell boy tried to serve another customer at the same time. Nice location but Plateau is way too quiet specially after hours and on weekends.

The calmness and kindness of the employees

There is no swim pool at Movenpick which is a five starts hotel. The internet is also very bad.

The staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful - from the bar staff to the front office-cleaners and even the security were so helpful and naturally willing to help -

The staff was exceptional; everyone from the front desk, the security bag check, the bar, the restaurant, the breakfast, the chocolate tasting, room service; every single person involved in each of these services was very friendly and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate every single request I had. Thank you so much. I am definitely coming back.

Nothing major I just like my room very cold but I could not get it to a very low temperature. They offered to bring a technician but I was always on the go; and it worked out just fine.

The pricing of their food and transportation is on the border of being ridiculous.
