Useless app to book hotel

Location, condition of hotel very downgraded n in future will not through booking.com

There was no breakfast or even only tea, before 8 a.m. Only plus point is staff is very good helpful. Booked return taxi for me.

No lift for all the 3 floors. Approach galli / ally is very dirty and narrow, only walkable.

Very near to temple, and restaurant food is good.

The location was v filthy . The hotel was surrounded by inhuman conditions and was v dirty. But rooms were neat

No road access to the hotel. Filth all around. V small rooms. No tv .

I book two rooms. One room is ok I can say normal but other room is not good.

As per room, price is very high.

Poor location. It's in a narrow street with steep slope and very filthy. Rooms very stinky. Bedsheets were dirty. Poor ventilation in rooms. If you have old family members with you never go to this hotel. Overall very poor cleanliness.

Hotel reception staff are very rude and charging more and less facilities. Dirty rooms and bathroom

Suround footpath is very dirty open drainage line bed smell around hotel and room. Mosquitoes is very much.

Cleanliness around the hotel. Area Highly congested . Very narrow lane leading upto the hotel. But can't help it being very close to the temples.

Please do not fall for pictures given on site. It doesnt even match 1 percent of hotel. It's the Shabbiest place ever i experienced..never ever i would recommend it to anyone.. location was no doubt very good..however arrangements and management too sad and unhygienic. Washrooms have broken taps and locks. Provided used linen which was stinking. Bedsheets were not washed since ages.

(due to congestion on the highway, which can be confirmed with local folks)

Didn't like anything ....This place is junk ,people full of goons ...very unsafe for family.I was denied access late in the night, already paid the booking advance, and in spite of updating the checkin time to 10pm, they denied us access and said your booking is canceled because we arrived at 11.30 pm. (due to congestion on the highway, which can be confirmed with local folks)I had already paid the 1000 rs as booking amount, and they said that because we didn't answer their call, they canceled our reservation.There are three things i want to ask 1. When Booking.com showed booking as confirmed , how can they cancel it ?2. I was just 1.30 hrs late from my suggested checkin time .....they canceled the reservation in the chilling night with subzero temperature.3. I had run from post to pillars to just get the shelter for 10 people with 2 elederly (76 and 68 yrs), and 4 kids 12 o'clock in the night. Just think how the hell it was for us.4. Why did they have to call us when the booking was already confirmed by paying 1000 rs.5. I was not intimated nor sent any sms email communication stating that the booking was canceled.Rude and life-threatening behavior, I dont recommend this to anyone. Unsafe unreliable place i will never ever think of going there again.
