The hotel is located in the main area. easy to access everything from nearby. All staff behaviour, response and kindness are appreciated. very clean and good.

The location is quite convenient - very close to the railway station. The hotel itself, especially the rooms were quite satisfactory. Clean and hygienic. The condition of the bathroom sanitaryware and fittings was very good.I found the responsiveness of the hotel to be very good as they would promptly respond to any messages posted. They were also quite flexible and responsiveness to the fact that we were going to do a late check-in.

Nothing much. Except that it would have been great if there was breakfast early in the morning - 7 am onwards.

Wasn't clean enough. There were ants in the sheets that bit at night.

Location is good....walking distance to railway station thats an advantage....staff is kind and helpful....clean rooms with all basic facilities

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE SCAMMERS., THEY DID NOT GIVE US ROOMS AND WE WERE STRANDE

we arrived at this location to check in, and we were told that our rooms were given to someone else. we had to find alternative accommodation, please remove this hotel from the system. they did not honor our rooms even though reserved months ago. please stay away.

The location was poor and next to touring bus stops and near a flyover.

The rooms were very dirty and the pillows were old and disgusting which resulted in my wife having irritation across her face. They did not replace with clean sheets each day. Hot water not available and TV not functional.We even notice a dead mouse in the main corridor. Very poor hygiene. Happy to forward photos.The other users were noisy and had dirty behavior.The whole experience was very poor, and Bookings should remove them from their list as it lacked basic hygiene.We should receive a complete refund on our stay!!

book thru booking.com 2months before for 6/11/2022 to 14/11/2022 but refused to accept to confirm the booking on 23/11/2022 when personally visited to make the payment, Flatly refuse booking.com booking

Rooms are same as per image and all over cleaning and comfort was good.

There is no car parking of Hotel. I needed to park my car at backside of Hotel near roadside. Someone has dashed my car and they are not ready to take responsibility.

the place was near to the railway station. the facilities are good but the cost of services provided is high. staffs are good and very nice.

the building was congested. the lift was small and very slow. overall maintenance is ok but cost is high compared to the service provided.

Breakfast was very good. Served hot and promptly.

Table inside the room is too small.

The hotel was good and clean the hotel is located in centre place of the city railway station, Bus stand, food hotels very nearest to the point value for money

The wifi in our room was not working, the room was not cleaned properly, the sheets were dirty as well.
