Staff are fully coordinated.

Balcony for sitting chair and table not clean due to bird sitting on this. Not seatable those area...not clear visible pool due to some plants are big.

The Hotel is nice and the food is remarkable...more than expectation. The staff is very courteous and this is the second time I am staying in the same hotel. All works well with the hotel, just I found it slightly away from the city center. Rest the stay was fine.

It's the location but nothing can be done about it.

Check-in experience was very bad! We had asked for rooms on the same floor but the staff didn’t even try and gave us rooms on totally different floors

I have used this hotel since it first opened and i have seen this hotel deteriorate over time. It is located outskirts of Surat but is very peaceful that has a small swimming pool that is generally clean. There are many good and bad points. I was upgraded to a superior room, which was nice but after traveling from Ahmadabad to Surat which took approx 8 hours i was hungry. I was hugely disappointed to have been refused a dish from the in room dining menu. The biggest negative point about this hotel is the lack of training given to staff on how to treat and accommodate customers - its a 5 star rating and a certain level of service is expected. I would like to give credit to Anjali who makes this hotel very warm.

Housekeeping staff very unhelpful. Rooms were not cleaned on time.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

A very comfortable stay, with good food and service. Attentive staff added to the visit.

In-room dining is quite expensive. As a part business hotel, and part tourist hotel, it could do better in this aspect.

Breakfast charges were mentioned something at the while of check in and were charged extra at the time of check out, nothing was pre informed and the staff provided Bill and debited some other amount from my card without informing, even services offered were very calculative and less

After checking in I reived message that they enrolled me as member and sent a membership number. I did not apply or filled any form. Hotel staff action sumoto is bad. I prtested to front desk about it and asked them to delete my name. After couple of days I started getting messages about membership.This type of attitude will not do any goods to hotel chain. I will approach appropriate forum if membership number is not suspended.

Room service was awful, towels were nasty never used theirs we use our own towel during our stay

We stayed over for the 31st January 24, the dinner evening was poor and lousy music. I cancelled my stay for the 5th till the 7th January 24
