All staff from doorman to waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for an ordinary item of which was apparently not available in any nearby stores. The reception desk took the time to look for it and had it delivered to me.One of the most helpful staff I have ever experienced.

Building on the outside looks modern. But the insides are a bit old and could use a renovation. But then I might just be asking too much as the prices were reasonable.

Hotel staff were really helpful, efficient. Check-in process was super fast. For a 3-star hotel, they offer surprisingly a lot of different food for breakfast, which was also tasty.

Wish that ventilation in the room is better. Without AC it gets very hot and stuffy within minutes, while with AC it quickly becomes too cold since room is small, even if AC is set to 28 degrees.

The recsption team did not realy well respons on our complaints and not solve issue proparly.Instead of taking their responsability and apologize if they can fix something.Maybe a bit of issue language? English....But dont think so

The room was smartly designed. Besides the expected furniture, there was a very comfortable rocking chair in the room along with a separate coffee table with 2 chairsThe AC functioned very well in maintaining the desired temperature and there was also a ceiling fan in the room.Clean spacious bathroom with all amenities including dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, etcTea and coffee facilities provided in room2 large bottles of water were provided as part of the room amenities The bed was very comfortable. Plug socket available was international type multi-socket.Wifi info was sent by sms on mobile and the wifi functioned quite well.The staff were extremely courteous and helpfulBreakfast selection was good. Note that the restaurant a vegetarian restaurant with Jain food options available.We had dinner included in the rate, so we could chose any and every item in the menu to eat at no additional charge.The hotel is very conveniently located close to Surat Railway station, although we had to board our train from Udhna due to ongoing renovations at Surat station.

The light in the bathroom is on a timer, so kept going off from time to time, but it was never really an issue.

The rooms are very smelly and same for washrooms. It's unbearable .

The hotel is in a very convenient location l, just a 2 min walk from the Surat railway station. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and very accommodating. The room was clean and their breakfast spread is a must try. Their post check-out services are just equally great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a decent stay in Surat.

The only issue I faced was not getting hot enough water in the shower. However, the staff was really helpful by providing it in a bucket whenever we requested. They even fixed the issue by the second day.

Clean and attentive staff. Varied and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Hot water was unavailable. Thankfully I did not mind it personally. My friend however did not like it since he wanted hot water

Its all about the location of the hotel, bang opposite Surat railway station, so convenient if travelling by train, also the hotel has a pure veg restaurant, the staff are courteous & helpful
