When I got there even though i payed through booking.com they said i hadnt payed.

Room are clean , good atmosphere , staf behaviour was good

Nothing at all, we stayed the first night and moved to a different hotel the next day as the place was absolutely disgusting.

We had a terrible experience. The bed and bedsheets were visibly dirty. After we requested fresh ones, we were given replacements that were only marginally cleaner. The walls were filthy, and the overall condition of the room was horrendous – far below any acceptable standard.Shockingly, we saw a member of staff sleeping on a sofa in reception, which says a lot about the general state of the place.We had booked for a week but were forced to leave after just one night due to the appalling conditions. When we asked for a refund, our request was refused.The photos shown online are highly misleading – the reality is nothing like what’s advertised. Stay well away from this hotel.

Location, cleanliness was zero, never stayed there walked out straight away.

Not clean

Water was not coming properly. Not clean. The step at the bathroom door was not intact. Because of that I slipped.

On my arrival Sankit said to me my reservation is cancelled. Hotel is on a commercial shopping building on 4th floor.From my rickshaw driver, I heard that hotel rent rooms to young unmarried couples and students. The atmosphere was also like that. Hotel is not at all oYO standard. I was fortunate that Sanket told me my reservation is cancelled so I just went away.

Worst experience ever.

Everything. Dirty bedsheets, pillows and foul smell in the rooms. Condom packet was found which was really embarrassing. It was an OYO room meant for hourly couples. Strictly not for families.

The staff were approachable.

The room was in an unacceptable condition - dirty walls and, shockingly, bugs under our pillow. After 10 mins in this hotel, we had no choice but to leave, book another hotel, and arrange an Uber at our own expense. The management should seriously reconsider their standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. The room was not as shown in the pictures on booking.com.

I booked my stay through booking.com. I paid the money in advance. But i called them 20 days prior of my stay for confirmation they confirmed and then again i called them 1 day before that time they were saying amount you have paid is very less we cannot accept so and so. I paid the exact amount that was shown to me on booking. If the hotel felt the amount to be less they can cancel or they should not list on booking. On my check in day everything was smooth. But following two days of my stay the person knew my checkout day still used to ask me everyday check out? Check out? On the checkout day the hotel staff on the reception told me very rudely that now on dont book on booking as it shows less amount this time i have given you the room next time i wont. If you dont want anyone to book why do you list your hotel on some platform. Overall ok. Just didnt like the behaviour of staff.

The hotel room was clean The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Hotel was friendly, reception was responsive.

Everything. Wonderful staff, clean, luxury, bed is super and comfy. Clean rooms, staffs was worthy for their services. Overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay.

Nothing specific.

Toilets were not cleaned. Ashtrays with full of ash was kept in the room and not cleared even after request. The staff preferred to spray air freshner instead of locating and clearing the ashtray.

Nothing I didn't stay there

Once, I reached the hotel, tired from my journey they told me no rooms were available. When I told them the booking.com app messaging platform was filled with welcome notes, they said it was automated and they had nothing to do with it. I spent the night on the streets as it was too late, and I had no idea where to go. Luckily, I found a hotel next day

Like ? I am wondering on what basis I was sent this message for feedback ! I had a teleconversation with Mr Kalpeshwari, Site Manager a day before my scheduled check-in when to my surprise he refused to acknowledge my booking. He conveyed they are already overbooked by their own website booking and hence booking by 3rd party means is not acceptable to them.

Total disregard for business ethics and unprofessional response to customer. If they don’t want to accept booking made on booking.com or any other 3rd party/intermediary why they are being promoted by this parties ?

Very nice service. Staff was good. Bed was neat and clean. We enjoyed this stay a lot.

They did not provide they room. They have only 18 rooms and booked 80 paid reservation. They are frauding the customer and stealing the money. I did not receive the refund as well for the reservation

Staff were not just friendly but genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable, room was big and immaculately clean, which made our stay feel luxurious

The room had ample space, which made our stay even more relaxing. Ideal for families, cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained
