Hotel New City Light

Good for 1 night stay

Not as advertised. Cleanliness was an issue. The room only had bed and a side table. TV was not working. No coffee or kettle. Nothing in the room.

Far from town, morning you will wake up with noise, and lastly not clean and no service desk to contact

Very disappointing stay... NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY, AS CLAIMED

I booked Hotel New City Light with managed expectations, knowing from the price that it wouldn’t truly be a 5-star experience. I anticipated a decent 3-star stay at best, but unfortunately, it fell far short of even that.Why state you're a 5 star hotel when you're not even trying to achieve something sbem close to that?The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful throughout our stay. The windows and mirrors were filthy, and the towels were threadbare, clearly overdue for replacement. Despite booking for 2 adults and 2 kids, we were initially provided with only one towel, and even after requesting extras, they only provided just two more.We booked three rooms, and each had a pervasive smell of urine coming from the bathrooms, making the stay even more unpleasant.We cut out stay short & checked out early.With some care and attention to cleanliness and service, this hotel has potential, but it seems that these improvements are not a priority for the operators. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Not clean at all, dirty sheets and pillows, smelly room, the facilities were not working, no hot water.

The staff was not friendly. They charge me extra money for just an early check in. I was there with my family. I highly recommend that you don't stay here.

I would definitely not recommend anyone. Staff attitude was very very bad no service provided despite repeated requests, we were with family. Highly not recommend

Unsafe ..scary hotel... hygiene issues.

There were insects on the bed.Bedsheets were untidy...not clean.Not changed.Locks were not solid.No cupboard .No towels..no soap nothing.Ac didn't work properly.Noises were coming from the hotel ..felt like prostitutes visit a lot there Felt very unsafe and scary .There was condom in the bathroom...Worst experience ever

I FELT LOOTED AND CHEATED AS OFFER WAS VERY LUCERATIVE AND SHOWN IN 5 STAR HOTEL CATEGORY LAST MINUTE DEAL BUT IN REAL IT IS NOT EVEN ONE STAR QUALITY AS HOTEL RUNNING ON ONLY ONE SINGLE STAFF WHO IS HANDLING EVERYTHING AND SO MANY TIMES THERE IS NO ONE IN HOTEL TO ATTEND.

NO BREAKFAST, NO COMFORT, VERY SMALL BATHROOM, NO STAFF

There are no timing restrictions and you can move around comfortably.

The lobby is noisy late in the night. The property also had water issues and taps run dry.

Cleanliness is generally poor. Was not thoroughly cleaned when checked in. Bad WiFi connection. linens were stained and was replaced on request but still not up to the mark. Small crammed rooms

Very disappointed!

The most horrible thing was the insects in the bed! they were biting me during the nights! The water didn’t get hot for the shower. The telephone didn’t work in the room to call reception. the stuff were not really friendly. they were too money oriented. I overall had a unpleasant 3 days of stay there and at the end was feeling Im running away to another hotel to find my peace .(the picture is the insects in the bed during the night!)

The room was too dirty and they are not changing the bedsheets for so many days, they are not providing the brushing kit, shampoo and towel also
