Treebo Grand Lotus - 3 Km From Textile Market

The location was great.

Overall, it wasn't the best experience to stay at the hotel.1. The lift was not working, as we reached to the hotel, we saw that the lift was under the maintenance. not exactly something that matters but would have been helpful if we were informed about it beforehand.2. The overall cleaning was not that great. There was no dental kit in the room.3. In the morning, when asked for the breakfast, they told us that they were out of gas cylinders and wont be able to cook breakfast. when we complained about it to the front desk in the afternoon, they told us that they can provide a breakfast now! They should have informed us in the morning itself about the situation and also that it ll take a while but they ll be able to provide us a breakfast. They were very poor in communication.

GREAT LOCATION FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. COMFORTABLE ROOM AND BUDGET FRINEDLY AND I WILL ALSO RECOMMEND FOR STAYING IN THIS HOTEL.

Location near to my business need

TV set top not working, geaser not working, lift not working,

Treebo is meant for Hospitality meals and basic aminities of toileteries is not provided there only body soap

Decent room

Uneducated staff, basic services lagging, under staffed, over charging, no sense of timing

While the property was close to the textile market, things like restaurants and basic amenities were not too close by.

I didn’t like that the entrance was down a narrow lane way to the back of a car dealership. Not well lit when dark so as a female did not feel comfortable. One day it rained horribly and there was no cover when walking. Also early check-in for one hour before was at an extra charge of 700 INR even though the room was ready. No toilet paper or hand towel in the roomNo TV channels working, only YouTubeNo window in the room at all

Absolutely fantastic hotel!!! The rooms were spotless, with very good facilities and staff so friendly. It is perfectly located centrally—everything is easily accessible. Would strongly recommend!

The only downside was that the street noise comes through every now and then.

Very bad

Very poor ambience, no resturant, no sitting stool in bathroom, room is small

worst. for. stay. no. facility. no. attention. no proper. managemnt. no. food. service. WORST. to stay. DOnt. stay. more.

no. satisfaction. in Services

BREAK FAST BROUGHT FROM OTHER HOTEL. TOO MUCH TIME TAKEN TO SERVE. ROOMS ARE VERY SAMLL. ONLY 3 ROOM HAS WINDOWS. ALL OTHER ROOM HAS NO WINDOW.

Staff cooperative

Very small roomNo dental kit, hair oilNo dinningBf menu very small and come in direct roomWashroom very small, no flushing there

The room was comfortable and clean.

I had opted for breakfast plan. Though it reflected in my invoice, I was told it was not showing in their system. There was no attempt to rectify the anomaly. I wrote a mail to the hotel via booking.com but there was no response. The staff also made no attempt to address the situation. I was going to be busy so was banking on a good breakfast to start my day. But that did not happen. Other than this there were no other issues.

Location is good for ring road markets.

Staff working/dressing is not at all fair. I couldn't get water in late evening to drink. Phone was dead.

Clean room

Toiletries are included on booking but over there they asked money for toiletries water.

the location and the cleanliness

the smell of cigarettes' in the corridor

It is new

No provision of lunch and dinner. Even drinking water was required to be brought from outside.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.
