Laundry service

Good Radisson standard - room was comfortable and clean, everything was quite easy. Basic amenities available. Generally a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Some amenities are lacking (pool, spa etc.). The staff were friendly, but a bit confused - so sometimes quite tricky to organise eg. room cleaning.

Zero after sales service, no response to chat, email or phone calls

It’s one of probably two hotels that have some European ~3 star standard that we found. This one and the Marriott. Staff were helpful and friendly. It has an integrated cafe which is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

It’s overpriced for what it is, but it is the only way to stay in a clean and comfortable place. There’s nothing to do on the neighborhood.

No non vegetarian food in an international chain hotel!!Atleast they should mention PROMINENTLY on the booking website

The property was very clean and comfortable .Good size rooms Housekeeping staff were polite and friendly .The reception staff welcomed us with a big smile and ready to help us check in .Sreenanda was great on phone and knowledgeable.The food was delicious .

We loved the location together with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The staff was very obliging and did their utmost to make our stay an excellent experience. I would like to make special mention of a staff member at the desk. Her name was lucky.Lucky helped us get hold of a medication for my husband by calling a few pharmacies. She finally managed to get hold of it and had the medication delivered to the hotel. We were so grateful to receive this help knowing that she took time off her busy schedule to help us. Thank you lucky.

Mohit Gonawala provided excellent service from the time of check in. He provided superb recommendations for authentic gujarati cuisine during our stay. He was tactful in the way in which he communicated to us that gujarat was a dry state and we required a liquor permit.

Staff was good nd cooperative

There were stains on bed sheets nd ant was in room,there was no iron in the room

Good value for money, caring and courteous staff, and delicious breakfast. Gunanidhi the manager at Park Inn took personal interest and care each time we met to check in about our comfort at this hotel.

Unified and aligned understanding across staff for Multiple bookings by same person could be improved. I had to make multiple bookings due to inability to revise one booking. But it was handled well and I didn’t have challenges staying.

The staff was very nice.

One of the major concerns I had is- the AC vents are somehow connected to the exhaust of a kitchen I suppose, my room started smelling of food being made ( kitchen smell ) between 8-11am and even when I was sitting in the reception area between 1pm to 2pm it was constantly smelling of the same food being cooked smell. I find that awfully off putting. Especially it cannot happen in my room while I sleep. Its not pleasant. There were no kitchen or restaurant in the reception btw. Idk how the smell is travelling through the ac vents.
