The room was dirty, no shower door and shelves were full of dust. The home service food kept was kept outside all rooms stinked as you walk the lobby.

The hotel is close to the railway station.

The bathroom was stinking. There was no hot water in the bathroom.

only breakfast was a good one.

the room size, bathroom size and bed size were terribly small. it should be more spacious. there was no space to walk or even the bathroom was painful as there was really no space keep clothes and planning of the bathroom is horrible.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were adequate for a budget hotel. The location is also convenient, being in the heart of the city.

The dinner that was called as room service was just okay. While it wasn't bad, it lacked flavor, leaving much to be desired.The breakfast experience, however, was quite unpleasant. The options were limited, and the food quality was subpar. It felt like little attention was paid to ensuring a fresh and enjoyable meal to start the day. Ordered for a double egg cheese omelette and what was served was a single egg omelette with a sprinkle of cheese.... very disappointing!

Pretty much nothing other than the location. It’s walkable from Surat railway station.

Filthy rooms, smelled of cigarettes, soiled sheets & pillows and dirty walls. It’s one property one should avoid. And for the rates they charge, this is extortion. Not sure if it’s part of Ginger Chain of hotels as none of the staff was in uniforms.

Rooms were very basic ..and reception staff is also not helpfull at all .I don't recommend to.anyone ..I feel expensive not worth staying

The price is just because it is near the station, nothing else. They give a better deal if you approach them directly, which was more shocking. The difference was very high, almost 75% less than when I booked through booking.com. Minimal staff and too slow in the process. They are also a learner and not professionals. Formalities are lengthy, and again, they are done manually despite having all the details. The rooms are not up to the mark and are too small. All the old things in the room are unhygienic, and even all the electronics are very old. No toiletries, towels, or napkins are allowed in the bathroom. Instructions given priorly have been wholly ignored. Food Quality is average.

Very poor internet service. Hotel wanted to charge extra money for faster connectivity. Only 2 devices per room could log onto the wifi.We were 3 guests in a room and found it very inconvenient .

Average stay but expensive hotel.. reviews of booking.com don't match

Reception staff was not warm or responsive except for the female staff who looked like 'one man army' but seemed to be handling tooo many things simultaneously. Also, cost of room and package provided was too expensive for this property. Also, billing amount was not same as what booking.com had shared with me on mail. They charged me almost 2k extra siting taxes which I had not expected..
