Cleanliness and staff responsiveness, pretty friendly staff and everything was being delivered on time, great service good ambience

I surely would like to have a smoking room it a rooftop where I could smoke in peace, I am not habitual so I need open spaces for this.

Had a pleasant experience overall. Rooms are sufficiently modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive.The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Indian and continental options. The location is convenient—close to the railway station

Location and Staff are excellent. Also, an added advantage is security.

The room should include more basic amenities like mini fridge, microwave considering the price point. at which I booked the room.

Reception provided two single bed room other than queen bed. Even after request room was not changed.

1. The general cleanliness was disappointing. All counters had stains from the previous occupants. 2. Towels were stained and worn out3. Breakfast had multiple options but the food was lacking good taste. Extremely oily as well.

The breakfast spread could be better. Quite tired of the same unimaginative breakfast spread in every hotel. Little thinking can change the whole experience without adding cost

For some reason a handicap room was assigned to me. The seat in shower area had never been cleaned and was moldy . However, housekeeping did come and clean it when reported. The electric kettle did not shut off and became too hot to handle.

It’s noisy. Lot of noise in movement of furniture or whatever from the floor above your head.

Maintainance needed, tv remote not working properly, toilet was leaking,

good ambience, very clean rooms, supportive staffs.

The rooms are lovely nicely decorated. The room and bath room were very clean.

The only negative was there was no drive facilities which was difficult as we wanted to leave early the next day but had to wait for the drive to come.

Food taste was good.

Hotel location. Surrounding area is not up to the mark for taking walk.
