Basic gud hotel Nice ambience

Horrible staff , especially security guard .He doesn't let cars come inside the hotel .On top he seems drunk Moreover there is no hot water in hotel

Location was convenient

The reception and reservation staff behavior, very inefficient and yet time arrogant. Charged the room rent two times, to return that amount, still going back and fourth. Will never go there.

Room was clean.

Very expensive with issues during check in and check out.Check in process:Was not asked to give all the required ID during check in and then continuously hassled for IDs.When I eventually provided all the IDs staff at the reception made sarcastic comments that they had to do all the paperwork.The check out was also problematic with incorrect charge applied at the beginning and then was called multiple times correct the payment.Not expected when you charge Rs. 25k per night for a suite.

Good location. Spacious room.Neha on reception was helpful.

Room service...Air-conditioning..customer care..shower getting in to difficult for 60 plus persons..Will not recomend.

Not at all maintained, just to look from outside its good, but the rooms are pathetic, also the breakfast so less options, there was nothing apart from Gujrati dishes.

I did not like anything about this property. I kept my faith looking at fortune inn srikanya Visakhapatnam however they broke their trust

Beware before booking this hotel!I stayed from 1st December to 05th December in this hotel and have paid around ₹28000/- which in itself is a premium category pricing.There is nothing great about this hotel and do not waste your money paying this much which you will find with great hospitalities (which i did not receive here)Coming to the Cons which was very disturbing are as follows:1. I had lot difficulty in entering my room which i kept on complaining from very first day to address but was in vain.2. Marks on the pillows with no neatness and bedsheets with marks as if someone else has used and was not washed. Cockroaches roaming around and hiding under your bed with one or two bed bugs sleeping along with you. 3. The most unprofessional is the restaurant where they wont provide you with water, napkins to clean your hand. All of them will be busy in attending whom they like (may be the one who looks good). You will find most discriminating place in this restaurant.4. They wont allow your friend to come to your room and all of them will be looked as you have called someone very bad. Come on guyz grow up on above these thoughts. 5. Also, at reception you will be dealt in such a discriminating attitude. If you are in professional dress you will be attended first else will be asked to sit for longer time.6. Also, i was taking one of my official call where i was not given even 15mins beyond 12 of my checkout time. “Atithi Devo Bhava” is like please leave as you we do not have even 15mins to spare as the hotel is completely booked (a standard dialogue”)I have stayed in Fortune inn srikanya Visakhapatnam multiple times, but this is no where how Visakhapatnam treats there guest.I regret to come to this hotel and would never suggest anyone to come too. Front desk is very accommodating and pleasant to help jn every way possible. I am afraid thats the only positive about this hotel.

As soon as you enter the strong room freshener/oil will hit your sinusitis. So if you are allergic to smell, avoid even you are getting paid to go. The smell will continue to your room. The breakfast buffet is average for ITC umbrella. Rooms are below average in terms of size and cleanliness. I felt they need to upgrade their furniture. And i was in suite so cant imagine how it would be in other type of room.

The rooms are spacious. We had chicken biryani and lassi in their restaurant which was delicious but oily. There were multiple options in the breakfast buffet and it was tasty.

However the bedsheet and quilt didn't look clean.

Cleanliness.

1. The room allocated to us was occupied. We had to go down the reception to change the room. The receptionist told me there is a Hotel System (Computer) problem.2.. I booked the room with two beds (Twin Beds). We were allocated one King Bed3. We have to sign disclaimer regarding the customer photo identity that the ITC Hotel group shall not share the photo identity of the customer to third parties (!!). I had objected, because the ITC group has to give disclaimer. Receptionist said the ITC Head office has given protocols . 4. I have received four (4) emails. One from "[email protected]" and three from "[email protected]" from Operations manager of the property. The 4 emails have addressed to same name which is not may name ( 2 pictures attached). So now I conclude the ITC Hotel System has been breached !!!5. Some prepared foods in Breakfast were stale. I am assuming that the prepared food was subcontracted, and not made in the Promenade kitchen.

Staff, air conditioning and cleanliness

Some staff were lovely and others were just rude. The food was awful and very oily.

Very Poor Maintenance of the Rooms , I have never expected from ITC brand , where I have been a member for many years decades and my favourite Brand .Very Poor Service, Bed linen was so bad ( not at all ) Bath Towels / Hand towels were too not at all usable and lost whiteness . In Bath room Health Faucet was not dispensable despite water available in the hose . Television / Cable connection which was working when I checked into room and around 10 .00Pm on 13-4-24 got disconnected and On screen it was appearing on screen of the TV recharge to be done . The same was informed to Staff available on dialing 0 they said they will do the needful and deeply regret to state that no one bothered to attend to n fixing up the Problem. On 14-8-24 again I informed to the concerned they have considered my request and deputed one technician and he too tried by getting 2 cable boxes and no recharge was there for the same . Finally he fixed up the Problem with another set of box i’m happy to share finally I could watch my news .Can You Please imagine with above experience and mental agony went through is it required for any Guest to stay with this Property . Poorest Response from Room Service , No courtesy from any staff with whom I have interacted and Finally very hard to see any Smile on anyone’s face?.I have checked out for my breakfast ? with restaurant and I have interacted with Mr GhanShyam singh - Operations Head & Executive Chef , Front office Manager and I have advised/ informed them I can a Crore of Rupees if any one can dare to Use Health Faucet in the room # 407 and say yes ? It can be used by guest without any hesitation . I’m regretting my stay with the Property and I sincerely request to Booking. Com to reimburse my stay expenses without any further questions . I also request You to kindly take up the matter ?with ITC and Share with them . No Guest should suffer the way I suffered.

Nice location, very good breakfast excellent restaurant staff, though some female reception staff were rude and didn't allow our guests to visit us during the stay.

The staff was amazing and so kind. I was unwell and they got meds and everything. They made sure if I was okay till the moment I left hotel. I was so happy by the compassion they showed.
