- The location of the property was incorrect. We visited the given address and ended up stranded. The property is actually in Gujarat, not Varanasi. Unfortunately, customer service was not very helpful, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told that I had made the wrong booking.
- Cleanliness of room, bedsheet, blanket & cushion cover was very poor. They were having bad smell.
