Good comfortable stay and the location is also goodstaff was very helpful & prompt

Location in center was good. Evening buffet was excellent with great selection of Indian and International foods.

Wifi in room was very bad as it was working only intermittently, but when this was brought to attention hotel provide in room router that fixed the problem to restore good internet connection.

The rooms and halls are smelly..it was soo disturbing ... the hotel and rooms are quite old and worn out not as advertised in booking app.The breakfast doesn't have varieties for those who are not vegetariansI wouldn't recommend it honestly

Excellent staff and convenient location. Very close to the station. Decent breakfast spread. The whole team at the hotel is very warm and helpful.

We were given different room initially, but Anish from reception promptly upgraded us to a better room.

The breakfast was good. But a few cookies or brownies or sweet cakes could be added.

All OK. Room size could have been better on 1st 2 nights.

Really disappointed all round - there is no way this is a 5 star hotel. It’s not been renovated for maybe 50 Years!! Our room was so bad we asked to change and the new one we got was slightly better but still a very poor standard. I can’t list everything which is terrible but the bathroom, bed, fixtures and fittings, windows just to name a few were frankly horrible and disgusting. I feel sorry for the staff as mostly they were helpful, the only positives for the hotel were the staff, location and the a la carte food was quite good too. Mercure or booking.com cannot rate this as a five star hotel. It’s barely a three star - and really needs to be shutdown to have a full renovation.

We had to put up with 2 hours of building work right above our rooms..it was a nightmare.constant hard banging 4 calls to Reception did not stop.Finally had to go to the desk ans meet duty manager Dharam to.put stop to the building works. Ensure that rooms are not let if such building works is to be carried out.Must.warn ahead whilst bookingAlso TV kept losing signals - 4 timesMany calls made and after 3 hours a guy turned up to fix..There were no apology or any concessionfor putting us through such a trauma We will never again stay at the Grand MercuryThe Reception staff not up to service

Reasonably decent bfast. Great location, easy access to Rly Stn & Airport, excellent hospitality. Clean rooms, good toiletries

Wify was bad

The gym and the restaurant were good.

The room I was given had water leaking from the ceiling and an awful smell.Very loud noise from the function halls late in to the night.Non stop construction noise from the rooms nearby.

Very bad stay

Poor Internet, can’t use the water or get a shower because of the bad smell of the water. Mosquitoes are around everywhere.

Was checked into the spa area and had to come down to get a proper room. Keys didn't work 2 times so hadto come back to reception to get it activated.Housekeeping was too slow and had to follow up 3 ti.es for each request.Staff courteous but limited to instructions from management.Won't be coming back for sure.

Stay was comfortable due to room quality and the decor staff friendly and helpful food 7 /10 Choice given between sayaji and Surya my choice would be Surya price and comfort Sayaji over priced for the room there Premium quality is basic room very poor

Location was ok

First they assigned extremely stinky room like a toilet and after insisting and inspecting i managed to get a room whihc I could stay but no recommending at all as room structure is very very bad for stay.

Nice location. Very neat and clean. Rooms were also spacious.

There was a some sort of air duct or machine just outside our room window on the 3rd floor.The entire room was vibrating and there was a loud humming noise all night

Very clean and well maintained. The buffer was excellent every day with many options to choose from. I stayed a few weeks and was very comfortable there.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A bit stuffy at times as the windows cannot be open due to air quality. Air conditioning certainly helps.
