Mr. Lalit Negi, the Front Office Manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm approach made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Truly a gentleman who goes above and beyond for guests.

While the service was excellent, I was not fully satisfied with the room size and the overall location. These aspects could have been better.

Good value for money as the property offers last minute online deals. Professional and supporting staff. Good breakfast served and the guy managing breakfast was caring towards our need. Clean and well maintained.

Nearby area has a open fish and meat market which smells awful. Nothing wrong with the property though.

Staff Mr. Lalit Negi is an arrogant and ill-mannered staff. Was questioning my stay on Day 1 asking that I have only single occupancy. Without doing his homework of checking he stopped me and my father from going to my room with questioning mind as if we are fraudsters. The Veronica hotel charges Rs. 800 for losing that 50rs plastic card. I showed them multiple vendors in Vadodara making cards at 50rs but they were arrogant and was like it cost us Rs 400 etc etc. Very horrible stay. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff and very clean. I’ve been driving around India for almost 2 weeks staying in hotels - this Hotel has been the best place on the trip! Comfortable, affordable and the food was great.

Small parking lot but it’s very nice and has staff to assist with parking.

Friendly happy staff, the food was very nice in the restaurant. The room was very clean and the staff were ever so helpful. I will recommend it to all business classes and corporate services. Breakfast was really good. I love that place.

As from starting , the entrance was very good and clean , front office staff was very humble and very friendly nature , also loved it breakfast + dinner was too delicious ? , the room was exactly comfortable , neat & clean & one of the best thing was soft instrumental music in the morning it's make mind very peaceful & relaxing highly recommend this hotel loved it ❤️??

All good, staff friendly and helpful, location ok, good breakfast buffet & dinner also good. Room was a decent size and had android tv, which took a bit of setting up but worked. Bottled water, tea & coffee provided in the room.

Some maintenance needed in bathroom, rotten door frames with big holes.

We booked a deal which made it very good value for money. Staff was friendly, room was nice. Bed seemed clean and tea, toiletries (even toilet paper), etc. were provided. Room had also a chair and table to sit and you could order food from the restaurant. They do accept foreigners and were friendly.

Could've been a tad cleaner, especially bathroom. Still for Indian standards, it was okayish.

Good varieties offered for breakfast, friendly staff.

Room cleaning, lunch & dinner menu not much choice apart from paneer or creamy dishes.

They charge me extra even if chek in at 9:30 Am that’s not a good sign . Rupee 400 and they also take 2.5% extra by themselves if you pay by the credit card. Thats not seems to be fair

Best Experience in Vadodara with Veronica. Nice and Humble Staff. Excellent Infrastructure (Reception, Rooms) and Breakfast is also very delicious. Family Supportive.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ☺️☺️

Amazing hospitality

Rooms are clean as well as linens. Definitely worth the price paid for the room . Hotel lobby area & environment is great for business travelers.Located in the center of the city- alkapuri food was really yummy staff was very polite and helpful. thanks veronica management keep it up continue??

Rooms size was less as compared with other Hotel rooms with same prize range. Water was not hot for Bathing.
