Express Towers Hotel

Location is superb.

Rooms need upgrading and deep cleaning. The lock in the first room allocated got jammed and I was stuck outside till 10:45pm

Proximity to the city center. Accessibility options. Possibility to buy licensed liquor in a "Dry or Prohibited region".

The mattress was stinky and the coverall blanket was the same from previous booking - smelly . It was just spread out neat. The towels were rough, dull and had few loose threads coming out. You can verify that either of the 2 towels placed in the bathroom is yellowish, rough and dull and the other slightly rough. There is no softness.

Property is very old and rooms are not cleaned. Facilities mentioned in the description is not available in the room.

Location only

Appalling cleanliness Stained bedsheetsStained towels

Good but old property

The restaurant staff at breakfast was not efficient and felt as if they are bored working there , maybe they are around for years and have lost enthusiasm to serve a client, does not work in the hospitality industry.

Shocking and well below expectations.staff were so lacklustre in there service. They were literally dragging their feet. There were only about 3 in the room...not a single one of the staff greeted me or offered me a coffee or tea.they are so backward in coming forward.tgey all need to be sacked...show zero interest

I have already written a letter and left at reception ...expressing my disgust.

Good location. Good sized rooms. Reasonable price.

Decor is a bit tired and in need of updating. The beds are short and not mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Some guests were smoking in their rooms which appears to be permissible by the hotel.

The location is good. Right in the center of the shopping district

Tho they mentioned that the room was refurbished but it was the same dilapidated with dirty windows and stained pillows

We asked for hot water no one came to help. Customer service was terrible.

Customer service was bad. Rooms were old and not cleaned.

Hotel service and breakfast was excellent

The room condition was pathetic. Needs proper painting , the furniture looked pretty old , bathrooms seemed outdated. Did not feel like a Hotel at the price it charges

The location is apt. Everything is near by and around you. The

The room and the bathroom sizes. You can hardly stand in the bathroom for a shower. The room is extremely small.

Centrally located & courteous staff

Rooms are too crampy

Nothing except location

Room size, showers, toilet jet, fan noise

Used to stay here regularly long time back when this was the premier hotel in the area. Room and breakfast are OK for a short stay and good value for money.

Furniture in the room needs repair/renovation. Balcony looks very dirty. Staff at breakfast too busy chit-chatting among themselves; need to be more attentive to customer requirements.

Location was good, breakfast can have some more healthy menu

In night at 12 the bathroom water started to clog and started coming back from comode but they immediately have me a better room , it was very inconvenient but the staff was good n helpful

cleanness tidy and well managed

the room i booked on booking.com are not same as mentioned on website.they charge me more 2000₹ to make my stay bit better.not happy at all very high price for singel room

Cockroaches in room and old woody furnitues not replaced, requires hotel to be reconstructed

Property location is ideal but not maintained

Bathrooms not up to expectation, toilet sheets are loose broken. Bathtubs No hair conditioner.

Bedsheet wasn't clean and room was too cold. Staff took ages to replace the bedding.
