Location also rooms were not up to the mark, seepage in some rooms due to which rooms were smelly also curtains were not properly kept , hanging from 1 side. For a brand like Fern it was not accepted. No parking space in property

Worst experience ever

Smell, parking, room cleaning, bathroom, every thing

1. Staff was friendly and helpful.2. Morning breakfast was good. 3. Laundry facility was good & quick.

1. Cleanliness at Restuarant was not that great. 2. WiFi was very bad, and many times it was not available, especially in the nights. 3. Location is bit odd and congested. 4. Room terrif was little higher than the room and facilities.

No restroom facility on the ground floor, so tillyou get your room, you need to suffer. Still they helped us with the restroom of their restaurant.

My stay was comfortable , property is a bit old but very well maintained . Also it is on main road near to all transport hub of vadodara . Breakfast is huge spread and very tasty , also there are lots of eateries near by and paan counter outside .

Everything was good nothing as such

It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service , we had dinner -Food was good and great value for money and service was prompt. Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again.

I had gone there for a 1 night stay for my business meet , the property is right in centre of vadodara close to railway and bus station so that is an advantage . rooms are clean and spacious for 2-3 guests . Airtel tv is there and 3-4 mbps free wifi . I had the breakfast also and at this price point it is good spread . Overall my stay is very good !!!

The Fern has made sure that all the basic amenities are there in place.

They don't provide parking. Staff is rude and I'll mannered. It's very clear from their behaviour that they don't belong to Hospitality industry.

Cleanliness, Food and friendly service.

They could not provide the wifi service to my iPhone but kept on giving promises such as a service person will look into my problem next day, the router in the room will be replaced next day and finally another room will be given next day but my problem remained the same until I checked out. I submitted a letter on this to the management too but never received an answer.This is a breach of the undertaking given to the Booking.com that free wifi will be provided to the customers anywhere in the hotel.The sound of the horns of busses and trains specifically during early hours disturbs the sleep.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and supportive.

The property did have on site parking.

1. The facility is just a walk away from Vadodara station.2. Their dinner and breakfast buffet are totally worth it. They serve diverse cuisine for both the meals. What attracted me the most is the live dosa counter with good quality dosas for breakfast.3. Safe for solo women travellers.

The Breakfast was alright. The location isn't great. It's next to the railway station so there's constant noise.

The reception staff was very rude as one of their room key card broke while trying to use it. Moreover, he also implied that despite taking a single occupancy room I had another person staying with me. It was outrageous to be accused of doing something so unethical.

Budget stay near to the railway station with all required facilities...decent breakfast spread...rooms were clean and checkin was also hassle free...this is my second stay and i am satisfied...helpful staff at the desk and restaurant..

Central location walking from Railway & Bus station. Fern has brand so expect similar value.

no 24*7 food available, no coperation regarding help with local travel and food, forced me to use twin bed when i wanted double also couldnt cancel mumy booking.
